School Gups Jodha Ka Bass, Block-Chirawa, Dist-Jhunjhunu-- 1 Part-A : Civil WorkBased on BSR 2022, PWD Rajasthan 2 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: For thickness of tiles 25mm to 40mm. 3 Providing & applying Three coat of Acrylic Water Proof membrane having sunlight and UV resistant propertiesover waterproofing slurry coat , initial coat of 50-75 micron thickness with diluting 1 part of chemical with 2 parts of clean water, overwhich applying 2 coats at 2 Hrs .intervals each with diluting 1 part ofchemical with 20% of clean water for total thickness of 400 to 450 microns (covering area 0.9 Sq.M/Kg of chemical including preparation of surface by cleaning, brushing and dust removing, scaffolding if necessary etc., with contractors labour, tools,machinery etc, complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. 4 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 5 Stone Kharanja: RR Dry stone kharanja under floor 6 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thickbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completewith base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm 7 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 8 Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick 9 Providing and applying white cement based puttyover plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completeNew Plastered Surface (three or more coats) 10 Gola Providing gola 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stoneaggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finished with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 2 fine sand) as per standard design. 11 Glazed Window : Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13 x 3 mm , 10cm long embeded in cement concrete block 15 x 10 x 10 cm of 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 Course sand : 6 gradred stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size )or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of plain glass panes 4 mm thick with copper glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approval steel primer , excluding cost of metal beading and other fitting except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stay etc. as required : Partly fixed and partly openable ( fixed area not to exceed 33% ) 12 Wire Gauge Supplying & fixing fixed wire Gauge to the Metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20X3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 14 mesh X 24 Gauge 13 Guard Bars: Providing and fixing square bars or other flat welded to window/ventilators etc., Guard bar 12 x12mm 14 Interior finishing :- Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Newwork(twoormorecoats)overandincludingscrappingandprimingcoatwithcement primer. 15 PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS:- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shadenew steel work (2 or more coat on new work). 16 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 17 P.C.C. IN FOUNDATION Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 gradeed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 18 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth above30 cm thickness cement sand mortar 1:6 (1-Cement: 6- Sand) 19 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 20 Brick work with Fly ash F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cementmortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 21 Brick work with Fly ash F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cementmortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Add extra for Square or Rectangular Pillars in Superstructre brick work up to five storeyUpto 45 cm length and all sides are free 22 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished : 20 mm thick 23 Exterior Finishing: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding.
