Tender for Annual Plan-Thalassery Municipality - Project No. 245/2025-26-Kodiyeri Old Age Day Care Centre Maintenance In Ward 26 Of Thalassery Municipality-General Civil Work--1 BUILGING MAINTENANCE 1.001 2.1.1:Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed:All Kinds of soil 1.002 16.78.1:Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With Material conforming to Grade - I ( size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value- 30 1.003 16.68:Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1.004 4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 1.005 50.10.2:Steel work for purlin/single section with G I pipes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete 1.006 50.18.9.18.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/Clips at 1.00 m spacing. This included jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 75 mm dia 4 Kfg/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall 1.007 4.3.1:Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns 1.008 13.52.1:Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work 1.009 OD315770/2025-2026:Providing and fixing 200 mm dia UPVC gutter ( semi hexagonal ) on ms flat iron welded to roof truss including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc complete. 1.01 OD315771/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Alu Zinc profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.40 mm (+0.05%), thickness . Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever required. (Modified 12.50 ) 1.011 14.5.1:Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty :Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
