Primary School Sc St Basti Bishangarh (504229) - Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 P&F reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire)complete up to floor five level. 4 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-coarse sand :4-graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 5 Gola / Batta:- Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) includingfinishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : 6 Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof(broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg ofVG-40 (30/40) grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. OfVG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement: 2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Coping:- Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 8 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick 9 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 10 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thickbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completewith base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm 11 PCC of Flooring:- Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 12 Kota stone slabs 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete For area of each slab upto 2001Sqcm 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 14 Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as require including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 15 P&F M. S.sheet 1mm thick double leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35*35*5 mm suitabily diagonally braced with 25*3 mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50*5 mm etc. 16 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and shade (two or more coats) and of required shade including priming coat of whiting ti give an even shade including all scafolding.
