| 1 | Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking down transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA and shifting to MES store yard all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer step down, outdoor type, copper wound, oil cooled , 11/0.433 KV (at no load) with HT 3 phase and LT 3 phase 4 wires, AC ,50 Hz of capacity 63 KVA with off load tap changing in 7 Nos positions arrangement on HT side for a variation of secondary voltage +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% \"BIS marked & BEE star labelled\", when measured by the resistance meathod after continuous full load run in ambient temperature 48 degree centigrade. Including suitable cable entry box on LT side and HT bushing on primary side complete in all respect with standard accessories and fittings confirming to IS 1180 2014. The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified als latest design (Level III) for transformer comprising of following :-(i) One cable box on HV side (Primary side) consisting 3 Nos porcelain bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable, gland etc., (ii) One cable box on LV side(Secondary side) consisting 4 Nos porcelain bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable, gland etc., (iii) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge., (iv) De-hydration breather with first fill of de-hydrating agent(silica gel)., (v) Explosive vent, (vi) Thermometer pocket on tank cover, (vii) Dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120ºC with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicaton with resetting device for transformer, (viii) Rating plate with terminal marking plate, (ix) Earthing terminal on tank and cover for fixing earth strip of size 32 x 6mm., (x) Oil level guage and Oil drain filter valve., (xi) Lifting lugs, (xii) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete., (xiii) Air release valve plug, (xiv) Extra bushing for Neutral out side the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth., (xv) First filling of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 45 KV die electric strength.Note: Test certificate, purchase voucher of transformer and test certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the contractor after filling the oil from manufacturer. |

| 6 | Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV, 630 Amps Indoor type floor mounted, for incoming arc flash protected, 350 MVA,25 kA/0.1 sec, overload and earth fault protection, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 25kA for 0.1 sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, degree of protection IP4X, shunt trip/ close coils 220 VDC, continuous rated Copper busbars with PVC sleevs, draw out horizontal and droppers,01 No Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, warning plates, Aux contactor 6 NO + 6 NC, earthing AI, power pack, painting as per IS (inside, outside) etc. Cost included for coupling the VCB with existing outgoing VCB panels in all respect without any extra cost. The complete panel including HT and LT chamber with colour coding wiring shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own facility. The VCB shall consist of following :-(i) Vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230V, AC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (30V DC). (ii) 3 x single phase current transformers(CT) epoxy resin cast 400-200/5-5-0.577, CL-1/ 5P10/ burden-15 VA including wiring with copper wire of size min 2.5 Sqmm.(iii) 1 x Potential transformer (PT) epoxy resin cast threephase three limb, 11 KVdraw out type, resin cast dry type, single ratio having primary 11 KV & secondary voltage 110 volts,50 VA class-1, burden 100 va, IS :3156, marked , with HRC fuses including necessary bus bar connection including wiring with copper wire of size min 2.5 Sqmm etc.(iv) Metering Equipments i.e 01 x Digital Ammeter and 01 x digital voltmeter with selectro switches. (v) LED Indications lamps with proper colour coding for breaker ON,breaker OFF, Auto trip, trip circuit healthy, spring charged, and R-Y-B indication, DC available with push button, AC supply fail and Trip Circuit Healthy. |

(viii) Flush mounted Auxillary Protection Relays including:-(a) Trip Circuit Supervision Relay, (b) Master trip Relay, (c) PT Fuse failure relay. (Note : Test certificate, purchase voucher ofVCB panel shall be provided by the Contractor before completion. |
