Make :- ASIAN -APCOLITE, BERGER-LUXOL( HI GLOSS ) & SHALIMAR - SUPER LAC or EQUIVALENT. 11 Wirting letters or figures( Block, Roman, Italic, Indian ) 10 cm high letters shall be painted with thick white paint as directed . 12 Stops, commas, short lines, dashes hyphens. Bracket etc shall be painted with thick whitepaint as directed. 13 Forming V grooves in plaster not exc. 10 mm deep & notexceeding 10 mm onfaceandflushpointing with CM 1:4 to match with existing surface including curing etc. in brick / concrete / stone walls, ceiling, sides and soffits of roof projection, chajja, parapit wall etc. as directed. 14 Taking down cement plaster on brick / concrete / stone walls, ceiling, sides and soffits of roof projection, chajja, parapet wall etc. includingrackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & Providing Rendering 10 MM thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using water proofing compound on internal & external wallsceiling , roof top etc including the cost of finishing & curing etcAll as per specification and all as directed. 15 Supply & Providing Dubbing out average10 MM thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar admixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete external surfaces. including the cost of finishing & curing etc as directed 16 Providing & Construction of Brick work with sub-class `B bricks straight or curvedwith modularbricks in cementmortar 1:6 all as per specification and as directed . 17 Supplying and Laying cement concrete Type B2- 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling , mass concrete including the cost of curing and finishing all as directed and as directed. 18 Providing & laying of R.C.C. B1-type 1: 2:4 Mix using 20 mm graded agg. admixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions In found., footing & bases for column, plinth beam, beams, slab etc.excluding the cost of form work & including the cost of curing and finishing all as directed by EIC. 19 Providing & Fixingof TMT bars 6 MM to 8mm Dia. cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hookingends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 MM Dia all as per specification and as directed . 20 Providing form work to sides & soffits for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete i.e. foundations, footings, plinth beams, beams, columns, slabsetc. all as per specification andas directed . 21 Cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar exc. 400 sq. cm but n. exc. 0.10 sq. m for depth 20 cm, uprooting of tree/shrubs from wall, slab, chajja etc.and making good after uprooting in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 Type B-1 as required and directed by EIC. 22 Cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar exc. 150 sq. cm but n. exc. 400 sq. cmfor depth 20 cm, uprooting of tree/shrubs from wall, slab, chajja etc.and making good after uprooting in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 Type B-1 as required and directed by EIC. 23 Supply and fixing of GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings,stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste all as directed.
