Tender For Misc. Civil Repair Works For Proposed Conference Room In Under Tower Building In T.E. Compound Sector 19 Noida.; 1 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead 2 Safely dismembering of readymade conference table of length upto 18.30 m in 14 parts or more as per the site requirements including loading, carriage & unloading within the same Compound and refixing the same with required missing screws, nuts and bolts etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing and fixing 100 mm vertical venetian blinds of approved shade, colour, dust guard treated fabric along with all hardware etc., as per manufacturers specifications etc., of VISTA LEVELOR make or equivalent all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge (outer to outer area will be measured for payment. Deduction will be made for openings of area exceeding 0.20Sqm) 4 Repair and cleaning of aluminium / gypsum board / perforated or non perforated metal sheet false ceiling with OLD serviceable extruded built up standard T or angle sections, appropriate Z sections and other sections, in false ceiling including new cleat angle with necessary CP brass / stainless steel screws wherever required, fixing the frame to GI level adjusting hangers with necessary chromium plated machine screws, removing cleaning & refixing of particle board/ false ceiling tiles / sheets all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : a) 25 mm thick. 6 Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. 7 Providing and fixing M.S. angle 40x40x6 mm to act as nosing with lugs of M.S. flat 10x5 mm 10cm long forked at end 60cm apart (minimum three lugs to be provided) including necessary welding and applying a priming coat of approved primer on exposed surface etc. complete. 8 Providing and laying 2.00 mm thick homogeneous composition polyvinyl chloride sheet (PVC) of required colour, design and shade in floor/skirting on a smooth base using rubber based adhesive (viz Dunlop S 758, Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent) including cleaning, repairing, leveling and drying of base including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 Kg, etc. all compete as per specifications and per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Deduction will be made for openings of area exceeding 0.20 Sqm) 9 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 10 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a) One coat. 11 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. b) Two coats. 12 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work.
