Tender For Shifting Of Electrical Equipments From Keshavpuram Rsu To T.E. Bldg. Shakti Nagar, Mtnl, New Delhi.; 1 Dismantling of 2 Nos. DG sets (320 KVA) Complete with batteries,exhaust pipes, panel at Keshavpuram RSU i/c earthing & exhaust pipe connection etc.complete as reqd. 2 Dismantling of 250 KVA Transformer 11/0.415 KV & HT Panel 11 KVat Keshavpuram RSU i/c dismantling of all type of incoming /out going cable connectionsearthing connection etc. complete as reqd. 3 DismantlingofPackage/Ductable AC units from RSU Keshavpurami/c dismantling ofindoor & outdoor units, piping, cable tray, drain pipe and cable, connection etc. and shifting it to TE Bldg. Shakti Nagar by heavy labour, chain pulley/ hydra etc. complete as reqd. 4 Dismantling of the following material from Keshavpuram RSU i/c dismantling of all types of cables/conduits, earthing connection etc. complete as reqd. Capacitor panel, , LT panels, AC Panel,Fire panel, Wall fans, fittings, Phase reversal, Change over switches, Distribution boards, cable trays, Cables, Celing fans, Exhaust fans and fire detectors etc complete as required. 5 Loading & Unloading of 2X320KVA DG set with all associate material i/c Transportation from Keshavpuram RSU to Shakti Nagar Bldg. and shifted tolocation decided by Engineer- in -chargewith the help ofheavy labour, Chain pulley/hydra etc as reqd. 6 Loadingof 250 KVA Transformer 11/0.415 KV & HT Panel 11 KV with all associate materiali/c Transportation from Keshavpuram RSU to Shakti Nagar Bldg. and unloading fromtransportation vehicle and shifting it tolocation decided by Engineer- in -charge at TE Bldg. Shakti Nagar with the help ofheavy labour, Chain pulley/hydra etc as reqd. 7 Shifting of the following material from RSU Keshavpuram i/c loading of all types of cables/conduits earthing connection etc. complete as reqd. Capacitor panel, , LT panels, AC Panel,Fire panel, Wall fans, fittings, Phase reversal, Change over switches, Distribution boards, cable trays, Cables, Celing fans, Exhaust fans and fire detectors etc. unloadig at Shakti Nagar bldg. and location as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Note: 1) The agency has to prepare a detailed inventory of all items to be dismantled i/c quantity before dismantling and shifting to other site and submit it to the Engineer-in-charge for taking gate pass.2) The agency should take transportation permission from concerned DCP office for shifting of above dismantled material from Keshavpuram RSU to TE Bldg. Shakti Nagar.3) The agency is fully responsible for any misplaced/short material receipt from RSU site and suitable recovery will be made for any such item.4) The dismantled items alongwith inventory will be handed over to Engineer-in-charge, after shifting the material at site.
