The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Replacement of Existingfixing false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design andpatterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on existing frame .The workshall be carried out as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge 8 Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Providing and laying double charge Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 10 Providing & fixing Roller blinds of approved design ofapproved make. The system shall be chain operated roller system utilising a bi directional wrap spring clutch. Fabric shall be attached to the tube with an adhesive strip. Roller tube shall be extruded aluminum having thickness 1.50 mm and end plugs shall be spring loaded for easier installation complete with removing existing vertical blinds, cost of material, labour, transportaion, and as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. 11 Removing white or colour wash, distemper, external paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as directed at site including scaffolding, cleaning of the areas.as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. 12 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. The rates also includes preparation of sufaces, filling with putty if required, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing and Painting twocoats of synthetic enamel paint on Steel Surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade without primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 14 Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (Non- Modular)bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in all shape & size in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : 15 Providing and applying 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand): as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 Structural steel work in singlesection, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 17 Providing, fabricating & fixingopenable shutters/table top made up of 12 mm thickplywood(green club/equivalent) conforms to IS 659 exterior grade, BWR board & termite proof having high dimensional stability including 1 mm thick lamination with one side decorative of approved quality shade & colour and other side balancing lamination grade 1, exterior grade IS 12823 marked.
