Tender For Extending 400Kva Transformer Supply And 400 Kva Dg Set Supply From Rrii To Nirt; 1 Supply, of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured, XLPE, power cable, 1.1 KV grade of following size. a 3.5 X 240 sq mm Aluminium Cable 2 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm 3 Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. b Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm 4 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. b 3.5 x 240 sqmm Supply and Laying HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipes of size upto 160 mm for Protection of UG Cable in Existing Trunch including its coupling and accessories as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 6 Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required 7 Providing and fixing 25x3mm dia copper strip on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required 8 Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted/welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required. Cable Trays and cable supports fabricated out of M.S. Angles (ISA) and M.S. flats with sufficient widthand Spacing between successive cross members and supported at adequate spacing. The cable trays and supports shall be painted with 2coats of Zinc chromate primer and 2coats of enamel paint. Thedesign of the cable trays and details shall be got approved by the Electrical Consultant/ client. 10 Supply installation testing and commissioning 400A 4P,36KA MCCB Microprocessor Based with Spreader and ROM in Existing Cubicle panel board with re arranging Existing bus bar/providing and fixing new 400A busbar if required including all accessories etc as required. 11 Bus Bar Termination Box Fabrication, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of cubicle type fully compartmentalised, dust tight, vermin proof, water proof panel falling to IP54 category fabricated out of 2MM CRCA Sheet Steel powder coated as per standards with Alumimium Busbars of suitable size for 400A, earth bus of adequate capacity, Wall Mounting type Box with front Opening door. The Box shoulbe adequate size for terminating 4 nos 3.5x120 sqmm and 2 nos 3.5 x 240 sqmm including facility to terminate the cables in 400A Bus Bars fixed middle of the panel Box. ete as required all accessories
