Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Office Of The Commandant Home Guard At Dharamshala Distt Kangra Hp; 1 Sub-Head : Concrete Work 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 3 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 4 Sub-Head : Woodand P.V.C. Work 5 Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching Aluminium Snap beading in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . 6 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 7 150x10 mm 8 Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 9 100 mm 10 Providing and fixing Aluminium I-hooks in Aluminium windows with necessary fittings . All Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . 11 Sub-Head : Finishing 12 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 14 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 15 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 16 French spirit polishing : 17 Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler. 18 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 19 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. 20 Old work (one or more coats) 21 Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 22 Old work (one or more coats) 23 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 24 One or more coats on old work. 25 Sub-Head : Repairs to Buildings 26 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. 27 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 28 Sub-Head : Dismantling and Demolishing 29 Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead: 30 Of area 3 sq. metres and below 31 Repairing of window shutters by replacing rotten member with new one, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 32 Sub-Head :Aluminium Work 33 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : 34 For fixed portion 35 Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 36 For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). 37 Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 38 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 39 With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)
