PROVISION OF PIPELINE FOR TREATED SEWAGE WATER FROM STP OF SUB YOGENDER YADAV VIHAR TO TRG AREA OF 1 ASSAM, PROVN OF ADDITIONAL CONNECTION OF EXTERNAL WATER FOR VARIOUS BLDG OF COMN HUB (41 NSR) AT TX LOCATION AND PROVN OF DEFICIENT DESERT COOLERSFOR 06 X SMBKS (BLDG NO P-131, P-130, P-129, P-128, P-118 & P-117) OF NO 2 TT WING, AMC C&C UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW.; 1 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HDPE pipe for treated sewage water supply outer dia 110 mm, PE100, PN-10 in any length, conforming to IS 4984:2016 with flanged ends including fittings (Bend, Elbow, socket, reducer, Tee, Rubber gasket, joints, MS flange, Nut & bolts etc) fixing in wall / floors / chamber / in ground / any tank of STP, make header, riser complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 All as per Item No 1 here in before but HDPE pipe of outer dia 90 mm. 3 All as per Item No 1 here in before but HDPE pipe of outer dia 50 mm. 4 All as per Item No 1 here in before but HDPE pipe of outer dia 25 mm. 5 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS pipe 100 mm dia, medium grade conforming to IS with flanged ends including fittings (Bend, Elbow, socket, reducer, Tee, Rubber gasket, joints, MS flange, Nut & bolts etc) fixing in wall / floors / chamber / in ground / any tank of STP, make header, riser complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 All as per Item No 5 here in before but MS pipe 80 mm dia. 7 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of mild steel galvanised iron pipe 20 mm dia bore, medium grade conforming to IS with flanged ends including fittings (Bend, Elbow, reducer, Nipple, socket, Tee, Rubber gasket, joints, flange, Nut & bolts etc) fixing in HDPE pipe / in ground / any tank of STP, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply & fix cast iron butterfly valve 100 mm dia, PN1.6,hand lever operated with SS shaft / Disc PTFE gland packing CCS stud and bolts and locking arrangement, flange type including jointed with pipe line with rubber packing & nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply & fix cast iron butterfly valve 80 mm dia, PN1.6,hand lever operated with SS shaft / Disc PTFE gland packing CCS stud and bolts and locking arrangement, flange type including jointed with pipe line with rubber packing & nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F gun metal globe or gate valve size of 20 mm ISI markedwith iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipe all as per latest IS specifications complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge 11 S&F gun metal globe or gate valve size of 50 mm ISI markedwith iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipe all as per latest IS specifications complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge 12 Supply, fix, testing & commissioning of booster centrifugal pump set & motor for vertical line complete with stainless steel shaft, CI impeller, capacity 20 HP, up to 56 metre head, flow range 35 LPS to 13.5 LPS, suction / delivery pipe size 100 mm, 3 phase, 415 volts, copper wound motor complete all as specified and directed.Note : The cost for the fwg is include in this job :-(i) PCC 1:2:4 for foundation in ground minimum 300 mm above the ground level and size as per OEM recommendations.(ii) MS nut bolt for fixing of pump on PCC foundation. The pumps should be provided with anti vibration pads.Rubber below shall be provided on suction and discharge sides for vibration isolation. 13 Supply, fix testing & commissioning fully automatic Star Delta starter suitable for 20 HP motor, relay 13-21 Amp, 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz, auto restart with variable 30 sec-5 minute ON delay, dual voltmeter & Ammeter, Power ON & OFF indication, operation 50 % to 110 % voltage complete all as directed by EIC.Note :- The rate for following is include in this job :-(i) MS sheet enclosure box thickness 3 mm, size 80 x 80 cm suitable for cover to both starter with proper fixing / hanging with MS angle size 40 x 40 x 5 mm in ground 30 cm and above ground 90 cm including PCC for post holes and painting in two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by EIC. 14 Supply, laying jointing and testingLT UG cableXLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured IS 7098 marked, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trench / laid under floor or fixed naked with wall / on wall / in ducts / in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of HDPE DWC pipe for duct cable outer dia 90 mm in any length, conforming to IS 16205 including fittings (Bend, Elbow, Tee, Rubber gasket, joints etc) fixing in wall/floors/ in ground complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 900 mm deep, (Over all internal dimension) for valve etc. with PCC foundation, brick masonry walls, Plastering, PCC Coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including Excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below:- 17 (i) Cement concretefor foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thickextended up to 150 mm beyond the outer face of brick masonry wall.(ii) Walls of valve chamber 230 mm thick with Fly ash brick designation 100 Kg / Sqcm, built in cement mortar 1:6, using bricks of size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm confirming to IS 12894, complete.(iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and brick masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth. 18 (iv)50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over brick masonry wall.(v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash.(vi) Chamber cover shall be of 6 mmthick mild steel plate plain black sheet with hold fast and locking arrangement and 50 mm size pad lock. Cover shall be painted withtwo coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer. 19 All as per Item No 16 above but valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 900 mm deep, (Over all internal dimension) 20 M&L for cutting the RCC wall of STP treated water tank with cutter,thickness approx. 230 mm, dia suitable for inserting & fixing 110 mm dia pipe with flange, fixing of pipe 110 mm dia pipe making good disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 with suitable water proofing treatment for making leak proof / seepage proof after fixing of pipe with any suitable material / solvent etc complete all as directed by EIC. 21 M&L for construction of Shed of over all size 3 meter long x 3 metre wide x 2.7 metre (average) hight, fabricated with MS pipe angle iron, Roof sheet, including excavation, earth work, painting PCC, PCC floor complete all as specified hereafter and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Before erection of shed surface dressing for the area 3.6 meter x 3.6 metre shall be carried, Surface dressing will be n.exc 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil and disposing off all the rubbishto distance n.exc 50 meter complete. 23 4 Nos Post hole shall be excavated for erection of main post, post hole shall be of size 0.30 meter x 0.30 metre x 0.70meter deep and shall be excavated in soft loose soil. 24 4 Nos post fabricated with 100 mm bore mild steel black pipe medium grade, shall be erected and fixed in post hole with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. Each post shall be fixed / welded with 150 mm x 150 mm x 6 mm mild steel plate at both end of post. Post shall be fixed at 3.00 metre c/c with each other. Length of post shall be as under:-(i) 2 Nos post fixed at front of shed shall be 3 metre long ( 0.60 metre below the ground level and 2.4 metre above the ground level.(ii) 2 Nos post fixed at rear of shed shall be 3.6 metre long ( 0.60 metre below the ground level and 3.00 metre above the ground level. 25 2 Nos Main rafter shall be fabricated with mild steel angle of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick. Rafter shall be fixed over post with 6 mm thick mild steel gusset plate. Rafter shall be extended 0.30 meter beyond the outer face of main post at both side. Steel section of raftershall be confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A. 26 4 Nos purlin shall be fabricated with mild steel angle of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick. Purlin shall be fixed over main rafter with angle iron cleat. Purlin shall be extended 0.30 meter beyond the outer face of main rafter at both side. Steel section of purlin shall be confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A. 27 0.50 mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed over purlin with self drilling screws, sheet shall be extended 0.30 metre all four side from outer face of main post all directed by Engineer-in-charge. 28 Floor shall be of 50 mm thick of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm gradedstone aggregate, laid in alternate bay system, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, floor shall be laid over and including subbase 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate over earth filling. Floor and sub base shall be laid up to outer face of main post. Top of the floor shall be kept 150 mm above from the ground level. 29 All exposed surface of post with plate and angle shall be finished with two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surface. 30 Main post below the ground shall betreated with 2 coat black bituminous paint. 31 Deployment of tools & manpower for Drilling / boring hole (horizontally) under the existing road (max. 10 metre in width) for inserting up to 200 mm dia pipe, by pneumatic tool or horizontal boring / drilling machine complete all as specified and directed by EIC. 32 Supply & fix notice plate to show (STP treated water pipe line with arrow mark) MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick, size 25 x 20 cm with yellow paint, with letters in black colourand fixed over and including M.S. angle size 30 x 30 x 5 mm including painting, earth work in ground 30 cm and above ground 40 cm with PCC in post holes complete all as directed by EIC. 33 M&L for cutting of existingroad surfaces / foot path / hardstanding of any description up to 800 mm deep & 450 mm wide for laying pipe line etc, getting out including forming bottom surface to required level, returning filling same excavated material after laying of pipe line, well ramming and top 150 mm portion filled with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, / laying of pipe / cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete. 35 Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all as specified and directed. 36 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point. 37 Supply and lay 50 mm bore mild steel galvanised iron tubing, medium gradeincluding all fittings like sockets, elbows, bends, Tees, unions, short pieces etc. laid in trench complete all as specified and directed. 38 Supply and lay 80 mm bore mild steel galvanised iron tubing, medium gradeincluding all fittings like sockets, elbows, bends, Tees, unions, short pieces etc. laid in trench complete all as specified and directed. 39 Supply, fixing, jointing and testing sluice valve of size 80 mm ISI marked both ends flanged and drilled cast iron body class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846 / 2000 complete with Stainless steel spindle including necessary nut bolts rubber packing etc with all fittings, complete all as specified anddirected. 40 Supply and installation evaporative desert coolers (steel body) factory made 22 gauge plain black sheet, size of cooler 25 x 22 x 40 inch (appx), front and side panels are made ofsame gauge with wood wool pads having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cfm, or nearest size, having exhaust fan motor with 100% copper winding of capacity 280 to 310 watt with 18” steelblade size, and submersible pump of capacity 1.5m head ,and powder coated, with all fittings and fixtures as directed by ENG-IN- CHARGE on site completeall as specified and directed.” 41 M&L for fabrication of mild steel cooler stand size 60 x 70 x 80 cm( LxWxH) angle iron of 35 x 35 x 5 mm as directed conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, including cutting, welding, cross support in upper side and lower side with flat iron size 35 x 5 mm or angle iron same size etc as directed or grouting (if required)of angle iron in wall suitable for positioning of desert cooler, making good of disturbed surfaces including two coat black paint over a coat of red oxideprimer and installed at location as directed.
