Tender For Housekeeping Of Plants, General Areas And Miscellaneous Works At Prafpul, S60 To S62 And Spf At South Site, Barc, Mumbai 85; 1 Brooming, cleaning of Service roads & court yards of PRAFPUL buildingBrooming, cleaning of Service roads & court yards of PRAFPUL building area including removing grass/dry leaves / vegitation etc. and disposing to debris disposal point as per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Brooming shall be done once in a week of service Roads and service court yard at PRAFPUL Building as one job:(Total area= 59 are. approx.) 2 Brooming, cleaning of Service roads, pavements & court yards of RCL S60 to S62 and SPF buildingBrooming, cleaning of Service roads, pavements & court yards of RCL S60 to S62 and SPF building area including removing grass/dry leaves / vegitation etc. and disposing to debris disposal point as per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Brooming once in a week of service Roads and service court yard at RCL S60 to S62 and SPF building as one job:(Total area= 10 are. approx.) 3 Cleaning of Supply & Exhaust blower room area , once through AHU plant, AHU rooms ( 3 nos), electrical panel room, fresh air filter bank area (outside), P-I Ground Floor LPTD AHU, P-I Lift Machine roomand stair case once in a weekof Prafpul-I as a one job. (Total Area= 10 are. approx.) As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Cleaning of Chillers plant room ( ground floor & 1st floor), DG Set area, Holdup Tank, Sump tank ( top of UG tank), pump room once in a Weekof Prafpul Plant as a one job. (Total Area= 13.50 are. approx.). As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 5 Cleaning of Supply & Exhaust blower room and stair case, Filter bank area, Electrical room andP-IILift Machine room Once in a Week of Prafpul-II as a one job. (Total Area= 16.0 are. approx.). As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Electrical service room, Chillers plant and Blowers room of RCL Lab (S-61) Once in a Week as a one job. (Total Area= 5.50 are. approx.). As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 7 Cleaning of Holdup Tank Yard, Compressor room, Booster pump room, Blower Area, at SPF. Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 1 are. approx.) As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 8 Cleaning ofCompressor room, Booster pump room, Blower Area, at S-62 attic area Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 1 are. approx.) As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 9 Cleaning of general areas and washroomsCleaning of General areas, offices, Cosmetic cleaning of gents/ ladies washroom and Cleaning of granite steps at various placesof PRL, SPF ,RCL plant andShed S60/62 on daily basis. Item includes dry and wet mopping of floor area at various places of PRL, SPF and RCl plant Shed S60/62 (Total area= 15.0 are. approx.) as per given technical specification & tentative time schedule Annexure-I at PRAFPULand SPF building and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 10 Brooming, cleaning of Pavement area ofPRAFPUL premisesBrooming, cleaning of Pavement areaaround PRAFPUL building and on either side of fencing area including removing green grass/dry leaves / vegitation/shrubs etc. and disposing to debris disposal pointas per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Job shall be done once in every three months as per specification as one job.(Total area=50 are. approx.) 11 Brooming, cleaning of Pavement area beside peripheral fencing ofPRAFPUL building Brooming, cleaning of Pavement areaaround PRAFPUL building and on either side of fencing area including removing green grass/dry leaves / vegitation/shrubs etc. and disposing to debris disposal pointas per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Job shall be done once in every three months as per specification as one job.(Total area=20 are. approx.) 12 Cleaning of peripheral chain link fencing PRAFPUL building: Cutting & removing vegitation and cleaning of peripheral fencing from both sides including concertina coil at PRAFPUL building and disposing to debris disposal pointas per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Job shall be done once in 3 months as one job. (Total length of fence is 500 m. approx. of 3.50m height) 13 Cleaning of peripheral fencing of SPFbuilding and Shed S62/60: Cutting & removing vegitation and cleaning of peripheral fencing from both sides including concertina coil at SPFbuilding and Shed S62/60 building and disposing to debris disposal pointas per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Job shall be done once in 3 months as one job. (Total length of fence is 500 m. approx. of 3.5m height) 14 Cleaning of Stone pitching area of PRAFPUL building: Clearing of Grass and removal of rubbish etc on stone pitching at PRAFPUL building. Lead up to a distance of 50 m outside Periphery andand disposing to debris disposal point as per given of technical specification.Job shall be done once in 3 months as one job. (Total area = 16.50 are. approx.) 15 Cleaning Terrace of PRAFPULand SPF building Cleaning of Terrace for various buildings of PRAFPULpremises, security guard house and SPF building including semergency staircase and staicase to terraces once in every three months asone job. (Total area= 65 are. approx.) as per given technical specification & tentative time schedule,Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 Cleaning glazing of office partitions at various places Cleaning glazing of office partitions from both sideat various places of PRAFPUL , RCLand SPF plant roomsevery Month asone job. Each job includes cleaning of glazing of partitions along with providing materials required for cleaning of glasses like Glass cleaning wiper with short and long handle, duster and approved make 2 liters of glass cleaner liquid and other necessary tools, etc. (Total area= 120 are. approx.) as per given technical specification & tentative time schedule,Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.. 17 Cleaning of overground watertank of PRAFPULCleaning for over ground fire water tank (2 compartments) and normal water tank (2compartment) of PRAFPUL building; total four compartments each 80 Cu.m. capacity. At a time only one set of compartment shall be taken for cleaning. (Cleaning of 4 compartments once in every six months as a one job). As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 18 Cleaning of overhead water tank PRAFPULCleaning of Over Head water Tank with two compartment of full capacity 26 cubic m. for PRAFPUL building every three months as a one job. As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 19 Cleaning of overhead water tank of AC plant Cleaning of Over Head water Tank with two compartment of full capacity 22 cubic m. for AC Plant room building of PRAFPUL every three months as a one job.As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 20 Cleaning of overhead water tank of Security Guard House PRAFPULCleaning of Over Head water Tank with two compartment of full capacity 20 cubic m. for AC Plant room building of Security Guard House PRAFPUL every three months as a one job.As per Annexure-I & II and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 21 Cleaning of overhead water tank of SPFCleaning of overhead water tank with two compartment of full capacity 8 cubic m. for Plant room building of SPF every three months as a one job. 22 Pressure cleaning of serviceRoad, service court yard and pavement area twice in a year with high pressure washer machine.Cleaning including removing grass/dry leaves / vegitation and also removing stubborn dirt, algae and fungus etc. at PRAFPUL buildings as pertechnical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Total area= 70 are. approx.) 23 Carrying out miscellaneous jobs like :Flushing and cleaning the existing vertical down take pipes, under ground storm water drain lines, sewage lines, shifting of materials etc. as per clause no:-8 of technical specifications.tentative time schedule at PRAFPUL building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(NOTE: Suitable semi skilled manpower shall be deployed for the job assigned with safety gears. Job shall be measured when provide man power for8.5 hrs on daily basis and shall deployed as per requirement of EIC, including holidays & late working if required.) 24 Transportation & disposal of debris etc.Transportation & disposal of debris, earth, wild vegetation, etc.generated atPRAFPUL, RCL and SPF Site by mechanical means (Dumper/Truck and JCB, etc.)to BARC’s designated debris dumping yard. Two persons shall be provided for loading and unloadingof debris (1 Trip Size approximately 6.00 CuM). As per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule atPRAFPUL and SPF building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 25 Transportation & disposal of metal/wooden scrap Transportation & disposal of All types of metal/wooden scrap materials to BARC’s scrap yard situated at TV stores (1 Trip Size approximately 6.00 CuM) from PRAFPUL, RCL and SPF Site by mechanical means (Dumper/ Truck and JCB, etc.)to TV Stores. Job also includes segregation of materials, re-sizing to manually lift able size, loading & unloading as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Two persons shall be provided for loading and unloadingof Scraps. As per given of technical specification & tentative time schedule atPRAFPUL, Shed S60/62 and SPF building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 26 Construction of temporary bund along emergency doors of sizes as mentioned below before onset of monsoon and breaking & removing the same after rainy season including curing, chipping of existing RCC floor, cleaning of site, removing and relaying of PVC tiles if any as required. collecting all debris at designated scarp point etc... complete generally as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Construction of wata with brick work, overall size about 150 mm (W) x 200 mm (H) including 20 mm thick plastering with C:M of 1:4(cement: sand) having cement punning finishing. 27 Construction of temporary bund along emergency doors of sizes as mentioned below before onset of monsoon and breaking & removing the same after rainy season including curing, chipping of existing RCC floor, cleaning of site, removing and relaying of PVC tiles if any as required. collecting all debris at designated scarp point etc... complete generally as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Construction of wata with approved size & shape using1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing curing etc. complete. 28 Providing and laying in position wiper of length 45cm of approved make as per specifications floor cleaningand drain out the accumulated water on platnt floor etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 29 Providing and laying in position wiper of length 55cm of approved make as per specifications floor cleaningand drain out the accumulated water on platnt floor etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 30 Providing and placing in position for pavement and road cleaning purpose a Wooden Long Handle Coconut stick handmade broom of size50-60 inch longfor Cleaning of roads and pavement required for cleaning ofpavements and roads of etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 31 Providing and placing in position for multiple floor or surface cleaning purpose a high pressure washer machine having high-performance cleaning for the most stubborn dirt cleaning purpose of follwing technical details; Motor power:2100W, Max pressure:140Bar;Flow rate 450l/h; 0.5m self prning capability; induction type motor;cable length:5m; hose length-8m alongwith telescopinc handleas per given techinical specification andmake or equivalent to be approved by department etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 32 Providing and placing in position for floor cleaning purpose a wet and Dry Multi-purpose Vacuum Cleaner of follwing technical details; Motor power:1300W, capacity of 30liters for cleaning of hard floors and office as per given techinical specification andmake or equivalent to be approved by department etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 33 Providing and laying in position duro turf premium mattingroll 15mm thick of size 1.0m X10.0m for various plant entrance floor area. Matting shall be laid in roll/tilesform including cutting into required sizes and providing edge guard to each matting as per requirement etc. Mattings shall be as per given techinical specification andmake or equivalent to be approved by department etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 34 Providing and laying in position durowipe heavy duty matting 13mm thick of roll size 1.0m X 5.0m for various plant entrance floor area. Matting shall be laid in roll/tilesform including cutting into required sizes and providing edge guard to each matting as per requirement etc. Mattings shall beas per given techinical specification andmake or equivalent to be approved by department etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 35 Providing and laying in position durosoft ultra heavy dutymatting 20mm thick of roll size 1.2m X 5.0m for various plant entrance floor area. Matting shall be laid in roll/tilesform including cutting into required sizes and providing edge guard to each matting as per requirement etc. Mattings shall beas per given techinical specification andmake or equivalent to be approved by department etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 36 Disinfection of floor by providing fragmented Disinfectant Floor Cleaner of 5 ltr as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 37 Providing and placing in posistion grey Nylon Double Hockey Shape Toilet Brush with Holder Stand as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 38 Disinfection of wash room by providing disinfectant toilet cleaner of 5 Lts.of approved make as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 39 Providing and laying in position fragrances Perfume Refill (110ml) (Compatible with model no EA44) of euronics perfume dispensor as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 40 Leakage Repair / sealingof joints usingWaterproof Tape.For Pipe Leakage / Roof Water Leakage-using Aluminium Foil Tape Waterproof Adhesive Tape Sealing( Butyl Rubber Tape )(5cmx5m) as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. . 41 Providing and placing in posistion Eco-friendly waste bin of capacity 240 Ltr is an ideal solution for waste disposal and collection. Diust bin shall be of size 545(T) X 575(B) X 1315(H) MM Made from shock-absorbent high-density UV stabilized polyethylene. It has good resistance to common chemicals and acids etcas per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 42 Providing and fixing warning tape barricading as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 43 Disposal of dry waste by providing with disposal bags of large size 37 X 30 Inches (Extra Large) for disposing dry leaves/debris made from jute bags or corn starch which is compostable in 180 days. Disposable bags shall be of make Dr. Bio Compostable Biodegradable Eco Friendly Garbage Bagswith Leak Resistant - Green Color CPCB certifiedetc as per given techinical specification andmake or equivalent to be approved by department etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
