All Aluminium parts are pretreated for epoxy polyester powder coated of 40-60micron thickness. Plyboard and back made up of 8mm ply, unit is provided with vertical and horizontal divisions as per design with drawers and shutters, lockable, with all hardware like hinges, tower bolt, magnetics catcher, lock of approved quality. The cabinet shoould be raised 75/100mm above ground. Inside exposed surfaces should be finished with putty , wood primer coats and finished with 3 coats of oil base colour paint with specified shade. exposed outside surfaces should be Teak wood finished laminated (Golden Wange) with standard grade laminate of approved design and make. all exposed edges should be finished with first quality T.W. beadings of same finish (Golden Wange) to be finished with malemine polish as per design and specifications and instructions given by interior designer & as per drawing. 27 PartitionsSupply and fixing of partitions upto height as specified having an internal frame work of anti termite treated teak wood sections of 2 x 1.5 sections -2 c/c distance both ways with a covering of 19mm commercial plyboard and a pattern oflaminates, 1.0mm laminate on both sides of approved make and shadewith coloumns and bands as per design and a pattern of grooves etc. as per details and specifications . The grains of the laminate should be matched properly. Proper arrangement as per detail shall be made for providing electricla wires and misc. cables at 26 ht. and at skirting level. this is highlighted on the finished partition with the help of grooves/ projections as per detail.The grooves to be painted in approved color. Only well seasoned and treated wood to be usedand Complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-Incharge. 28 Providing, fixing of CNC cut jali work made out of 12mm thick mdf board with fixing to the surrounding woooden laminate panalling.and Complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-Incharge. 29 Wall PanellingProviding & fixing panelling on walls of 19mm plyboard with 1mm thick laminateas per design & drawing with sub-frame of size 40 x 25 mm hard wood & 450 mm center to center treated with anti - termite & fire retardant paint. The frame to be fixed on walls with screws and wooden gutties. Rate to include necessary notches in frame on carrying electrical conduit & switch boxes and Complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-Incharge. 30 Soft Board Panelling : P&F paneling over adequate leveled frame formed of 12mm thick cellotex board wrapped in fabric with all 4 sides of cellotex panel finished with wooden margin of appropriate size. All grooves to finished with veneer/fabric all around to match the main fabric paneling, unless specified otherwise. panelling to include veneered skirting as required and Complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-Incharge. 31 Providing and fixing of MDF Beading on wall with Paint finish and Complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-Incharge.
