Major Repair Works (State Budget Head)(Budget Announcement 2025-26) At Gps Roopa Khera, Block- Gangartalai, Dist- Banswara (Raj.)-PART-A (Civil Work) Integrated PWD BSR 2022 Rajasthan 2 Providing &Laying broken glazed tiles on roof (broken glazed tiles not less than 9kg/sqm ) on top of hot bitumen @.30 kg/sqm of VG-10 (80/100 grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 sand) mixed with water proofing Compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix 5 kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm ( average ) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement: 4 Course sand ) for area 2001 to 5000 sq. Cm 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
