School Amja, Block- Garhi, Dist- Banswara (Raj.) - PART-A (Civil Work) Integrated PWD BSR 2022 Rajasthan 2 Dismantling of Stone slab roofing with care including staking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material with in 50 Mtr laed for cement concrete flooring. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level using crusher broken aggregate. 1: 4: 8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 5 Brickmasonaryinfoundation and plinth withbricks of class designation75 incement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 corase sand) add extra for brick work in super structure upto third storey. 6 Centering & Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting propping, bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formworks for upto floor five levelfor suspended floors, roofs, landings staircases balconies, girders, cantivlevers bands,coping bed plates anchor blocks sill, chajjas, lintel beams, beams, plinth beam etc. 7 Steel Reinforcement:-P/F reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire)all complete upto floor three leveTMT bars (Conforming of relevent IS Code). 8 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcementfor Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc.M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix 9 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished : 20 mm thick 10 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 11 Providing &Laying broken glazed tiles on roof (broken glazed tiles not less than 9kg/sqm ) on top of hot bitumen @.30 kg/sqm of VG-10 (80/100 grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 sand) mixed with water proofing Compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Internal Finishing: Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer. 13 P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm.) approved quality /make including joining the pipe withsolvent cement rubber ring and lubricant. 110 mm dia
