Major Repair Works (State Budget Head)(Budget Announcement 2025-26) At Gps Pipalipada, Block- Choti Sarwan, Dist- Banswara (Raj.) - PART-A (Civil Work) Integrated PWD BSR 2022 Rajasthan 2 Providing &Laying broken glazed tiles on roof (broken glazed tiles not less than 9kg/sqm ) on top of hot bitumen @.30 kg/sqm of VG-10 (80/100 grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 sand) mixed with water proofing Compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix 5 kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm ( average ) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement: 4 Course sand ) for area 2001 to 5000 sq. Cm 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 7 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished : 20 mm thick 8 P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm.) approved quality /make including joining the pipe withsolvent cement rubber ring and lubricant. 110 mm dia 9 Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision .New Work 10 Door Frames : P & FT- iron frames for doors , windows and ventilators of mild steel , Tee section joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 fine sand6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size:) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including fixing of necessary but hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer 11 Supplying & fixing fixed wire Gauge of 14 mesh x 24 guage to metal frame of roolded section by metal beading 20X3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 12 Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thickdouble leaf door shutter windows in angle iron frame35x35x5 mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint 13 Guard Bars: Providing and fixing square bars or other flat welded to window/ventilators etc. 14 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
