Tender For Work Of Installing Traffic Lights At Various Intersections Of Bhilwara City.; 1 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 7.5M height galvanized polygonal signal pole with dia 350mm A/F, 4mm thickness with 6M cross arm with dia 90mm A/F, thickness 4mm fabricated from HT steel confirming to BS EN 10025, S-355 JO with 520x16mm base plate. 2 Supply and erection of Galvanized Iron pole with galvanizing done in single dipping (Average coating thickness Minimum 65 Microns) continuously tapered poles having Octagonal / Circular cross sections designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875, The pole shaft shall be made from sheet steel (HT Steel Conforming to grade S355JO) and confirming to BSEN 10025 and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding. Red colored LEDs of high intensity (visible clearly at day time) of reputed make with digit size 150mm x 300mm approx. and quantity of LEDs be approx. 800 no.s including interconnection with traffic signal controller and housing the LED assembly in sheet metal box of size approx. 750mm x 550mm with detachable pole arms clamps etc. as required. 13 Supplying and making one end termination with heavy duty single compression brass gland SIBG type, heavy duty Copper lugs duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc. for following size of armoredPVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1100 Volt grade as required of size. 14 4 X 2.5 sq.mm. 15 P &F in position frame made out of M.S. angle (riveted or welded) finished with two coat of red oxide and enamel paint including cutting, welding, holes etc. of following sizes as required. 16 40mm X 40mm X 5mm 17 SITC or microprocessor based UTCS type automatic electronic controller conforming to IS: 7537for traffic signals complete with electronic timer, G.P.S. based control board, blinker unit for night operation and slip lane, day time peak hour’s operation. Depth by digging by Bogie including all layers of crust for laying pipe line etc. and making good to original condition (excluding cost bitumen) 19 Providing and Laying RCC Foundation for Octagonal / Conical Street Light poles, High mast Poles as per Drawing attach at Table P-4 with Following Procedure & All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Pole Foundation for Octagonal pole from 7 Mtr. To 9 Mtr 20 Removing of exiting damaged cantilever traffic post (incl. Signal head) and dismantling original foundation and refilling the same with earth and transportation of pole and signal head to store (within municipal limit) as required. 21 P / L of Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe confirming to IS : 16205 P-24, Stiffness Class 750 N, Externally corrugated and having smooth surface inside with HDPE Coupler, Elbow, Tee at required Depth below the ground for laying cable of following Nominal Outer dia.
