No. 1370; 1 Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 3 Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 4 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Pointing on stone slab ceiling with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand):Flush/ Ruled pointing 6 Replacing broken roofing slab in patches including lime terrace, ceiling plaster etc. including removal of broken slabs. 7 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure aboveplinth level and upto five levelabove 30cm. thick walls in :Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 8 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) includingfinishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : 9 Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilatorshuttersofstandardrolledsteelsection(IS1038- 1983) joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13x3mm, 10cm. longembeddedincementconcreteblock15x10x10cm.of 1:3:6(1cement:3coarsesand:6gradedstoneaggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugsandscrewswithfixingclipsorwithboltsandnutsas requiredincludingprovidingandfixingofplainglasspanes 4mmthickwithcooperglazingclipsandspecialmetalsash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws completeincludingprimingcoatofapprovalsteelprimer, excludingthecostofmetalbeadingandotherfittingexcept necessaryhingesofpivotssteelhandlespegstayetc.as required : Partlyfixedandpartlyopenable[fixedareanottoexceed 33%] 10 Wire Gauge - Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 11 Guard Bars: P&F square bars or other flat welded to window/ ventilators etc.(Guard bar 12 x12 mm)Window 12 Pointingonstonemasonryincementsandmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) :Raised and cut pointing. 13 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Newwork(twoormorecoats)overandincludingscrappingandprimingcoatwithcement primer. 14 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ). 15 Providing & applying Three coat of Acrylic Water Proof membrane having sunlight and UV resistant propertiesover waterproofing slurry coat , initial coat of 50-75 micron thickness with diluting 1 part of chemical with 2 parts of clean water, overwhich applying 2 coats at 2 Hrs .intervals each with diluting 1 part ofchemical with 20% of clean water for total thickness of 400 to 450 microns (covering area 0.9 Sq.M/Kg of chemical including preparation of surface by cleaning, brushing and dust removing, scaffolding if necessary etc., with contractors labour, tools,machinery etc, complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
