    Request For Proposal For Selection Of Agency To Provide Centralized Analog And Standalone Public Address Systems On Rental Basis For Magh Mela 2026 - Public Address System 2 Centralized Audio Sound System (1000 Horns (30W) with 21 dia each with mixer/zone selector, amplifiers, wiring setup and Mike as required) for Mela Duration. Approximately 15 Zones to be created. Horns to be installed on Poles with Automatic Line Fault Detector for each circuit/zone with automatic changeover. 3 Centralized Audio Sound System (300 Horns (30W) with 21 dia each with mixer/zone selector, amplifiers, wiring setup Horns and Mike as required (For Sangam Area)for Mela Duration. Approximately 15(Number of Ghats) Zones to be created. Horns to be installed on Poles with Automatic Line Fault Detector for each circuit/zone with automatic changeover. 4 Centralized Audio Sound System (100 Horns (50W) with 24 dia each with mixer/zone selector, amplifiers, wiring setup Horns and Mike as required (For Sangam Area)for Mela Duration. Approximately 15(Number of Ghats) Zones to be created. Horns to be installed on Poles with Automatic Line Fault Detector for each circuit/zone with automatic changeover. 5 Conference Analogue PA System for Meeting Rooms for Mela Duration. 50 delegate units, 8 speakers and 2 cordless mike. 6 Loudhailer for Mela Duration, Powerful Megaphone 7 Battery 12 volt, 60AH 8 Mobile loudspeaker unit with all equipment With 1 Mic & 1 horn (Analog PA System with amplifiers, wires, necessary battery backup with battery chargers) for Mela Duration 9 Mobile loudspeaker unit with all equipment With 1 Mic & 2 horn (Analog PA System with amplifiers, wires, necessary battery backup with battery chargers) for Mela Duration 10 Mobile loudspeaker unit with all equipment With 2 Mic & 4 horn (Analog PA System with amplifiers, wires, necessary battery backup with battery chargers) for Mela Duration
