34 Taking down and refixingold mild steel grills /guard bars of any specificationand includingtwo coats of anticorrosive paint(Epoxy paint)over a coat ofepoxy primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 Material and labour for machine cutgreen marblework 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed andpolished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble including backing coat of rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and including rounding /mouldingetc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. 37 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified. 38 M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paintover a coat of alkali resistant primer over and includingtwo coats ofwhite cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
