Tender For Camouflaging To Buildings In South Side Of Runway Of Tech Area At Af Stn Jodhpur.; 1 M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. 2 M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage /CCD pattern complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. 3 S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls /Hangars complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high with thick paint (Hindi and English) complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. 5 M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat ofexterior emulsion paint (Berger - Exterior weathercoat glow, Asian - Apex ultima exterior emulsion, Jenson & Nicholson - Safe guard premium acrylic exterior emulsion)in camouflage/ CCD pattern on brick, stone, concrete or plaster surface upto 10m height from GLof any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed .Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. 6 M&L for preparation of old surface and applying two coats ofexterior emulsion paint (Berger - Exterior weathercoat glow, Asian - Apex ultima exterior emulsion, Jenson & Nicholson - Safe guard premium acrylic exterior emulsion)in camouflage/ CCD pattern on brick, stone, concrete or plaster surface upto 10m height from GLof any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. 7 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone /block masonry/ concretesurfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster and removing rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for preparation of new plastered surface upto 10m heightand applying water based exterior emulsion paint (Berger - Exterior weathercoat glow, Asian - Apex ultima exterior emulsion, Jenson & Nicholson - Safe guard premium acrylic exterior emulsion) of required shade of two coatsin camoflauge patternincluding alkali resistant priming coat on walls complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone /block masonry/ concretesurfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster and removing rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying two coats of interior acrylic emulsion white or tinted over & including a coat of 2 mm white putty as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 in two layers (10mm + 5mm)on concrete surface (edges of chajjas, roof, roof projections and similar work) over 10 mm thick dubbing out average on irregular face of walls, finished the surfaceeven and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down loose/damaged concrete from the surface and applying two coats of surface finish as per existing finish specifications, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Double scaffolding and necessary shuttering shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates against this item. 12 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying two coats of interior acrylic emulsion white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of interior acrylic emulsion white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L for complete washing of concrete / rigid surfaces of dispersal/ linksby water jet/ mechanical spray, cleaning of surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with compressor air blower to remove all loose dust and dirt etc/ taking out dust / existing material with compressed air and making the surface free from dust complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for applying two coats of WATER BASED FLOOR PROTECTOR PAINT ofpremium qualityof paint (Asian -APEX FLOOR GUARD/ Berger- WEATHER COAT FLOOR PROTCTOR/ Jenson& Nicholson -SAFE GUARD PREMIUM ACRYLIC EXTERIOR EMULSION),having VOC less than 70 gm /lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) in approved camoflauge pattern (CCD)including a coat of primer on concrete/rigidsurfaces complete all as specified and directed.
