SPL REPAIR TO GARAGE OF BLDG NO B-40 (01X16), F-44 (01X16), G-45(01X08), T-72(01X04), A-39(01X16), P-51(01X16), P-52(01X16), P-47(01X16), P-48(01X16), P-73(01X16) IN MD ACCN OF KABUL LINE IN THE AREA OF B/R-II UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10; 1 Taking down door/window frames with shutters exc 1.50 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) all as specified. 2 Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each. 3 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified. 4 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding etc.complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section, coolersetc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed. (Butt hinges shall be measured and paid for separately) 6 S&F1.00 mm thick plain black mild steel sheeting in as in door shutter covering including, welding or soldered joint complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F 100 mm butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel complete all as specificed and directed. 8 S&F 250mm long MS sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on newsteel surfaces exc 10cm girth includingpreparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surface any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 11 Raking out joints and flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22mm thick over and incl 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. 13 Surface dressing not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 14 Removing surplus soil to a distanceexceedingexc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed 15 M&L for Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone boulders laid, compaction complete all as specfied and directed. 16 M&L for 75mm thickPCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair with using extra cement grooves filled with bitumen mastic filling of mix (1:2) (bitumen and sand) complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for 75 mm thickPCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for 50mm thick sand cushion/Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L 60mm thick coloured & reflective type cement concrete interlockingpaver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams slabs, Chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of Badarpur sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including plaster to make proper Geographic shape as per site requirement, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed.Notes: (i) Where ever steel reinforcement bars are required to be provided the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.(ii) Before placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alllow to dry. To this prepared surface apply chemistic Zinc chromate primer at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions.(iii) When plymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with plycrete admixture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions. Plycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.(iv) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. 21 Description all as per item No. 20 above but thickness of guniting 40mm (average thickness) and work shall be executed in two layers separately complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for mild steel TMT bars upto 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking, biniding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 23 Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed. 24 M&L for brick workwith sub class B straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for15mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement and using WPCplaster complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measure and paid seperately). 26 M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & fair withoutusing extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all specified and directed. 27 M&L for 5mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make (having ratio equivalent to CM 1:3)of ceiling surface finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch complete all as specificed and directed. 28 M&L for preparation of newly plaster surfacesand applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment & applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primerall as specified & directed. 32 M&L for for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L for preparation old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
