Tender For Provision Of Parking Shed For Omq Area At Af Stn Chabua.; 1 M&L for cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m and making good the chase using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) complete 2 S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick ofcolour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J / Lhooks complete all as specified and directed. 3 All as per item No. 02 here-in-before but plain sheet as in ridges, eves gutters, facia board inclusive of forming half round channel etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for MS structural steel work, framed as in trusses, purlins, rafter, post etc. conforming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W, quality A) including shaped washers including necessary cutting required length, notching drilling, riveting and or welding or connecting with nut bolts with angle cleats, fish plat, gusset plate and also erecting in true position complete as directed. 5 S&F gusset plates, angle, cleats etc incl necessary welding drilling for fixing confirming to Gde E-250, Fe-410, Quality-Acomplete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store andrubbishoff the premises, complete all asdirected. 8 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level). 9 M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed 10 M&L non skid cermic colouredtiles 8mmthick ( square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm,in floor etc and jointed in neat cement slurry andpointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed 11 M&L non skid cermic colouredtiles 8mmthick ( square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, on dado / skirtingetc and jointed in neat cement slurry andpointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed 12 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete 13 M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete 14 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 17 cm deep and getting out in soil complete 15 Removing excavated soil exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed 16 M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete 17 M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete 18 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B -0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and kerbs etc including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed
