Tender For Construction Of Fire Fighting Reservoir Of 50000 Litres Capacity At Fsd Khurda Under Do Bhubaneswar, Odisha Region.; 1 FSD Jagannathpur 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavatedearth, lead upto 50 m and for all lifts, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. All Kinds of soil. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including straightening ,cutting bending, placing inposition and binding allcomplete upto plinthlevel Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for, Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for, Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.: FOR RCC WALL 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for, Lintels, Beams, plinth Beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers: FOR BEAM 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for, Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 10 6 mm cement plaster of mix :1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) 11 Neat cement punning. 12 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m. and for all lift. 13 Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturers specification. 14 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable , dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means , including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
