Construction of 13 buildings at various locations in India for Unified Network Management System (UNMS),including finishing works, water supply & Sanitary installations, electrical installations and cable laying, Automatic Fire Detection and Fire fighting system, Lifts, AC Ducting for HVAC, split / Cassette type ACs and Developmental works etc. (RNC Chandimandir Cantt) (SH: Providing and fixing Fire Rated Gypsum Board with suitable MS frame in some Technical Rooms for TIA-942 Compliance in RNC Chandimandir Cantt, Panchkula); 1 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. 2 Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry / Ruby red 3 Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm 4 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Granite work 6 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 7 Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes 8 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 9 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 10 Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised (minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame, concrete / masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 10 x 60 mm 12 10 x 120 mm 13 Providing & fixing at all floors, at all heights, Two layers [2 X 12.5 mm thick], on one side of steel tube frame, double skin fire rated Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) plaster board conforming to IS: 2095: part 3 (Board with BIS certification marks) of make Gyproc or eq.with the help ofGyprock metal to metal screws or Dry wall screws of required size at every 300mm c/c or as per JIS G3507-1 standard. All thesurfacesofGypboardpartitionsshallbe finished with approvedprimer, cement based putty & acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (ROYAL LUXOR emulsion of Asian paints or equivalent) matching to the existing walls of the room / area. 14 Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc® Pro-Fill Jointing compound, (Conforms to ASTM C475) Gyproc® Joint Paper tape or fibre tape. The junction of the partition with masonry & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti / Pyroplex fire and acoustic sealant. Proper tapping and jointing to be done using fibre mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish. The rate includes all the material, labour and scaffolding requiredfor all above process [Cost of Steel tube frame, primer, putty and painting of board will be paid separatly in basic item]. [Note: 1. One side finished area shall be measured for payment.] [Note: 2.[Wastage and labour due to fixing Gyp Board panels in odd sizes due to restrcition in working space has been considered in this item and nothing shall be paid separatly] 15 Providing and applying two coats of fire retardant paint on cleaned wood / Ply surface / MS Tubular frame @ 3.5 sqm per litre per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant. 16 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 17 With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre 18 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 19 Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : 20 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm 21 Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC /Brick / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. 22 Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width 23 Providing and fixing 24mm thick [6mm + 12mm + 6mm] double glazing with 6mm thick toughned glass of make Saint Gobainhermatically sealed and Argon gas filledhaving seal type internal and external overlapping central gasket and rabbet (EPDM) Co-extrudedfor weather resistance i/c loading, unloading and carriage at RNC Chandimandir all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Providing and fixing Black sun control film on windows of Mcore / Garware or equivalent maketo prevent sun glare including all labour and material complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. 25 Cutting / Dismantling 230mm thick Brick wall approximatly 400mm in length from DC operational lobby upto height of approximatlty 1800mm with mechanical tools or manual means after covering equipment with polythene etc. to facilitate the fixing of Fire resistent Gyp board and MS Tubular frame behind the PAHU in Teleroom-A at 2nd floor.After fixing of frame repair the wall with plaster / Gyp board etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Care should be taken not to disturb the existing equipments and the cleaning the rooms as per satisfaction of Army and Engineer-in-Charge. Malba generated from the dismantling of wall should be filled into bags and disposed properly from 2nd floor to out side the building as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
