Construction of village Gada in OAE around Sithalo at RD 2.60 Km-No. 01. Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside disposal of unserviceable materials to the periphery of the area with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, welfare cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 02. Earthwork in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads, lifts & delifts including rough dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials clear away from work site and dewatering including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour, welfare, cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 03. Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost of sand with all cost, carriage, royalty, taxes, cess of all materials, labour and T & P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 04. Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade with 40 mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes,cess of all materials,labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placing by manual / Mechanical means supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means including compacting by vibrator etc. complete as per approved drawing and specifications etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineerin- Charge. 05. Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade with 20 mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes,cess of all materials,labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placing by manual / Mechanical means supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means including compacting by vibrator etc. complete as per approved drawing and specifications etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineerin- Charge. 06. Providing form work of concrete in irrigation structure with F1 finish of upstream faces of dam, spillway, galcis of barrages, unexposed surface of foundation on block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surface where necessary with all labour, cost of all materials, carriage, taxes, cess and T & P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 07. Providing weep holes in brick masonary / plain / reinforced concrete works in abutments / wing walls / return walls with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1v : 20H towards drawing face with cost of all materials, all labour, all taxes, cess, T & P etc. complete including welfareness as per direction of Engineerin- Charge. 08. Quarrying, collecting, supplying hard granite stone boulder of size not less than 0.0025 cum from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface and other deleterious materials, packing the stones in rip raps and slope protection works in the river embankment to required profiles in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones , wedging and hammering etc including cost, conveyance, labour, T and P required for the work, royalty, taxes, cess, hire and running charges and transportation of all materials of approved quality with uniform colour and texture with all leads, lifts, delifts handling with uniform colour and texture with all leads, lifts and delifts handling and rehandling etc including all other incidental charges required to complete the works as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 09. Earth work in suitable type of soil in borrow area and loading in to transport vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts,delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transport earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth excluding compaction with hire & running charges of all machineries, T & P, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour,carriage, royalty, cess , taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineerin- Charge. (Measurement will be taken in compacted level section only) 10. Fine dressing of earth work in slopes including filling of rain cuts and slips with selected earth duly compacted to required profile and turfing the surface with dub grass sods of 8Cm to 10Cm thick with all leads, lifts & delifts, T&P including laying and trimming to from a level and compact surface in the line with the slopes and grade of embankment section and watering till survival of turf up to green growth including all taxes, cess etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer–in– Charge. (Dub grass should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost & measurement to be taken after survival of turf up to green growth.)
