Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Ht Ocb Vcb Ht Cable Transformers And Other Connected Works At Rv Colony Under Ge I R And D Kanpur; 1 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/loose soil and getting fortaking out unserviceable worn out cable andlaying new cable complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layersnot exceeding 25cm thick after laying the cablein loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, type-1,flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 9 Cutting and chassing or boring as required in hard standing,PCC, Road exceeding 10 cm girth for concealed to GI tubing and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces including facing/finishing where as required and as directed. 10 Supply & laying in replacementGI tubing of 100 mm boredia , light grade conforming to IS 1239- Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, CI Pipe line, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking down/out existing worn out/old HT UG cable ofXLPE / PILCA insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable any size in pieces from pole, trenches culvert, pipe making loop for transportation and removal from site after taking proper shut down from MES competent staffcomplete all as directed. 12 Supply laying jointing and testingHTXLPE Insulated , Screened PVC bedded,galvanisedsteel strip or wirearmoured electric power cable(heavy duty)with aluminum conductor 11000 volt (E)grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 coreconfirming to IS-7098 (Part I ) of 1988 laid in trenches/Duct on pole witth FI CLAMP, Nut bolt ,Aluninum Lugs complete all as specified and directed at site.Note- Joints will be measured and paid separately. 13 M&L for heat shrinkable type cable end joint indoor type suitable for XLPE 95 Sqmm 3 core cable 11 KV and testing all as specified and directed with terminate joint and jointing material all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for heatshrinkable type cable end joint outdoor type suitable for XLPE 95 Sqmm 3 core cable 11 KV and testing all as specified and directed with terminate joint and jointing material all as specified and directed. 15 All as above item No 14.00 but straight through joint Heat shrinkable 95 sqmm 3 core 11 KV 16 Supply, fixing and connecting in replacment single pole zinc oxide (gapless surge type) heavy duty station class, self supporting outdoor type lighting arrester having rated voltage 09 KV (rms) discharge corrent 65 KA insulation level 28/75 KV/KVP (Peak) suitable for rated system voltage of 12 KV supply system with maximum continuous operating voltage (MCOV) not less than 7.65 KV (rms) with highly non linear ceramic resister made of zinc oxide in hermetically sealed container complete with metal base, base inculator and suitable terminals for ground connections and pressure relieving arragement complete all as specified.Make : Cromption Greaves type ZLAX 15 / Southern Insulators/ Alpro International as approved by GE. Note : The rate quoted against above item shall include necessary fixing arrangement of lightening arresster on two pole/four pole structure as per recommendations of manufactures. 17 M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth pipe of 3000mm long and 65mm outer x50mm inner dia laid in ground by drilling in the ground as required with filling the back fill compound complete with all as required and directed with 32x6mm GI strip up to testing point and making the earth pit of PCC as per sample as required at siteand testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.Note : Earthing strip upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 18 Supply and topping up of insulating oil/pure hydrocarbon mineral oil, clean and sufficiently free from moisture and of other foreign matter as per ISS-335-1993of breakdown/value 60 KV or over at stndard gap after filteration for topping up upto required level in transformers & switchgears and PTs etc complete all as specified and directed and additional characteristics as indicated below :-(a) Oxidation Stability.(b)Break down value 60 KV or over at standard gap 19 M&L for filteration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 11/.430 KVtransformer with stream line mobile filteration plant at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil not less than 60 KV for one minute at a standard gap as per IS 335 of 1983 to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed .Note : Filteration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 20 Calibrating, performance testing with necessary adjustment of over current/earth fault /earth leakage/ACB in 11 KV panels by artificial high current/capacitive synthetic current injection test on as per IS 14658: 1999 or IS 13516 : 1993 to check tripping mechanism of HT combined inverse time over current and instantaneous relay and cleaning/decobonising its moving and fixed contacts and to ensure physical healthiness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault, adjust tripping time, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting, delay time etc as per installed capacity of transformer with considering of percentage impedance of transformeers for successful operation at the time of fault occurence complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for preparing, scraping old painted surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium paint on HT steel tubular swaged poles , bracket. channels, angles including making/pasting three nos circular strips of 300 mm wide with reflected synthetic enamel paint (100 mm width each strip for HT pole 03 strips of red colour ) and marking/stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint complete and all as specified and directed. 22 M&L transformer silica gel breather complete with all accessories for transformer of any capacity up to 400KVAtransformer all as directed at site 23 M&L transformer silica gelcompletefor transformer of any capacityall as directed at site 24 Supply & fixing in replacement of Off load Tap Charger switch, oil immersed of transformer of capacity 300/400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, vector group-Dyn 1, on HV winding by making taps on it properly in such a manner that the contacts of all the three windings are changed simultaneously to change + 2.5% + 5% + 7.5% + 10% to control the flow of KW and KVAR & maintain voltage at consumer end as per I.E. rules complete all as specified and directed. 25 Disconnecting/dismantling in position,minor servicing/overhaul of 11 KV distribution transformers 100KVA to 400 KVA capacity for any type of leakage/defect at LT/HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc., after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections,drain out transformer oil and keepingin close containers for re-use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer if it requires,re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil, complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- (i) If retrieved transformer oils di-electric strength is very less than it will be replaced with new one in relevent items. 26 Transporting the defective transformerfrom yard to workshop and return back after repair the transformer with loading and unloading to vehicle by crane and safefixing in the plinth without any damage to transformer, testing the transformer completeall as required and directed ( Note : Quoted rate will be for shifting the transformer to workhshop up to 100 Km from the yard to workshop and return.) 27 Opening of transformer 160 to 400 KVA capacity 11 /0.415 KV top cover and all other connected accessories ie conservatortemprature and oil indicatorand other connected itemsafter opening the nut bolts and taking out the plate by crane and required T&P and electrical connection completeafter taking out the old used transformer oilcomplete with all as requiredand directed at site 28 M&L for rewinding and testing of wornout three phase power transformer of 160 to 400 KVA 11 KV/0.415 KV 50 HZ Vector group -DYN II by taking out the /lifting the winding core /coil carefully according to manufacturer instructionwith disconnecting the internal connection for its inspectionand taking out the defected/worn outwinding wire/strip and rewinding the copper coil with strip/wirecoated with insulated varnish ,double paper covered of existing gauge assembled on limbs of the core , first LV winding (star) is assembled and HV widing is asssembled over both winding are insulated from core and main tank by providing sufficient electrical insulation with cotton tape spacers, wooden block etc ,ovening the coil for demoisturisingand drying the winding core in drying chamber and cleaning the empty tank by removing dirty sediments ,washing with warm oil , check the dain cock for workabilityand assembling the complete core with tightening the nut bolts, filling the tank with dehydrated warm transformer oil complete all as required and directed at site. 29 Reconditioning the HV/LV coil of worn out transformer with insulating material insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coilinsulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves complete allas required and directed. 30 Supply & fixingpacking set of any size suitable for transformer of capacity 160 to 400 KVA made out of 10 mm/6mmthick cock sheet single piece including removing old unserviceable packing kit/ setcleaning the surface of the top cover gasket inspection kit,radiator fins,vent pipe and bucholz and other part of transformerand other part all as required and directed at site 31 Providing the crane of appropriate capacity to lift/loweringthe core assembly and top cover alongwith conservatorfor safteyof core assemblyand other part for fixing in tankafter repair of assemblyall as required and directedat site. 32 Refixing thetransformer 160 to 400 KVA capacity top cover and all other connected accessories ie conservator,temprature and oil indicatorand other connected items and tightening the nut boltsand cleaning the radiator ,testing commissioning completetransformer and fixing on plateform after unloading transformermaking the connection with testing the transformer with qualified engineer completeall as requiredand directed at site. 33 M&L for painting of OCB/VCB by means of spray painting with two coat of synthetic enemalpaint of existing colour including marking with stancil the details such as capacity, location, MES No etc after cleaning of the panel complete by thinner and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. 34 S&F in replacement ofunserviceable brass spindle duly threded at theendcompletewith nut bolts and washer suitable for HT side of transformer out door type all asspecified and directed at sitefor the following capacitysuitable for existing transformerof required size/ shapefor spindle of transformer of any capacity up to 400KVA 11000 volts grade indoor type suitblefor HT side all as specified and directed :- 160KVA 35 All as per Ser Item No 34.00 above but 400/300 KVA. 36 All as per Ser Item No 34.00 above but suitable for LT side of transformer of following capacity :- 160KVA 37 All as per Ser Item No 34.00 above but 400/300 KVA 38 Providing the cable fault locating Machine withnecessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd 1.1/ 6.6 /11 KVXLPE/PILCA insulated LT/HT cable complete all as required and directed at site 39 S&F in replacement of unserviceabile porcelin vitreous bushing of required size / shape (suitable for exisiting transformer ) for spindle of transformer of capacity upto400 KVA 11KVindoor/ outdoortype siutable for HT side all as specified and directed 40 All as per Ser Item No 39.00 above but 1100 Volts grade suitable for LT side of transformer. 41 Disconnecting and taking downexisting transformer up to 750 KVA capacity of any description and in any position from the existing indoor/outdoor substation, shifting the transformer to new location not exceeding 6KM away from the starting point and installation, connecting the incoming and outgoing connections of transformer, connecting earth terminals to transformer & testing the transformer on the new location complete all as specified and directed.Note : Any damage to the transformer during disconnection and shifting will be the responsibility of the contractor only and no addition cost shall be paid by the department for its repair. 42 Dismantling existing worn-out old GOD11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole & Disconnecting from existing system and Supply and installation and testing 11 KV outdoor type ,gang operated Air-break switch triple pole mechanically operated ,mounted on insulator and steel framewith operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25 mm GI pipe(Med. grade) operating rod of suitable length with an ON-OFF position capacity 200 amps with dropout fuse & 12 insulator connected and out going with Steel nut bolts and washers all as specified and directed at site. 43 Routine and periodical work required for trimming / cutting of tree branches of any girth, touching /obstructing the over head lines of HT/LT poles of three phase distribution system at places not more than 40 mtr span distance so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and poles with due care after taking proper electric shoutdown from concern MES competent staff complete disposal thereof ( trimmed branches) to a distance not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and directed. 44 Routine and periodical cleaning around the area of outdoor area of MES installation by cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small treesincluding surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed. 45 Supply & fixing in replacement of DO fuse element of current rating 40 to 10Amp in fire resistance tube suitable for working voltage of 11 KV complete all as specified and directed. 46 Supply & fixing in replacement of HT tape suitable for working voltage of 11 KV complete all as specified and directed. 47 Providing highly skilled mechanic/ specialist in electric HT breakers/Panelsfor carrying out the mechanical servicing/overhauling of11KV VCBany makecompleteby drawing out the trolley from existing HT panels with due care after taking proper shut down from concerned staff, opening of panel, decanning of old carbonised parts and cleaning/decarbonising all mechanical/metal parts with CRC/CTC-226 solution/spray, inspection/ checking of all fixed and moving parts, dressing of male and female contact by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, meggering of IR value of all HT incoming and out going bushing, providing oil, greasing, insulating cable ends with HT tape or whereever required and re-assembling the same after applying beacon (red) insulating compound to the spout and tightening of all connections including checking of alignment for easily movement of breaker for ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment, contact travel allignments , rollar gap , hard or light setting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism including removing and fixing worn out/cracked/moistured/loosing IR value spare parts, removing moisture by using blow lamp and fixing the trolley in HT panels and testing,charging the system in presence of Engr in Charge/JE E/M complete all as specified and directed. 48 Supply and fixing Auxilariy Switch 7NO+ 7NC suitable for existing panel complete all as specified and directed. 49 Supply and fixing Close coil 24/30V DC suitable for existing panel complete all as specified and directed. 50 Shunt trip coil 24/30V DC.suitable for existing panel complete all as specified and directed. 51 Supply and Phase Over Current + Earth Fault Digital Protective Relay with high set, CT operated of rating 5.0 Amp, auxilary voltage 24 -240 V AC/DC , out put contacts-02 NO + 02 NC, selectable Fielf type, fixed in 11KVHT panel including cutting slot in existing MS sheet of HT panel, if required and making internal control circuit service connection with FR PVC insulated copper wire of size not less than 2.5 sqmm including calibration, performance testing with necessary adjustment of over current /earth fault/earth leakage by artificial high current/capacitive synthetic current injection test on primary/secondary side as per IS-14658 : 1999 or IS 13516 : 1993 to check the CT ratio and polarity and to ensure physical healthiness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault by adjustment of tripping time, flag setting, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting, delay time etc as per installed capacity of transformer with considering of percentage impendance of transformers for successful operation at the time of fault occurance complete with providing standby electric supply for testing complete all as specified and directed. 65 M&L for painting of transformer 11 KV, upto 400 KVA by means of spray painting with two coat of synthetic enemal grey paint including marking with stancil of capacity, location, MES No etc after cleaning of transformer complete by thiner and preparation of surface of transformer body, cable end box etc complete all as specified and directed. 66 S&F danger board for HT/ LT pole equipments made out of MS sheet not less than 1.6mm thick vitreous enamelled with letters figure and size of board 200mm x 150mm including mild steel work for fixing danger board complete all as directed. 67 Material and labour for 40 to 63 mm graded stone aggregate of black trap / granite / basalts spread in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, & well rammed to a true surface & removal of old stone aggregate, cleaning screeningand relaying at same or another location complete all as specified & directed 68 Labour work required for restretching/ restringing of existing loose/sagged ACSR/GI Conductor of HT/LT OHlines of three phase distribution system by openingbinding wire from insulator as fixed on pole and restring OH Line with proper binding with insulator by using additional binding wire/conductor not less than 2.0 mm dia with due care using safety belt etc after after taking proper electric shut downfrom concern JE E/M complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
