Bids Are Invited For Procurement Of Pd Permanent Defence PD of size 2.55m x 2.55m (o/o) and 2.10m height with thickness of interlocking hollow block 25 mm thick made up of high performance polymer concrete, Slurry Infiltrated Fibrous Concrete (SIFCON) alongwith pozzolonic additives and admixture with four column of Square Hollow Section (SHS) including footing. PD to be construct over suitable PCC flooring of platform. It has 03 Nos of Swivel Bullet proof glass 610x300x72mm with MS Outer frame 750x500mm will be provided. One double shutter steel door of size 1100mm x 1900mm with 2mm thick MS Black Sheet. OHP with ISMB 150x75mm and SRT sheets over head protection over ISMBs complete as per following specifications and shown in drawings as per Appx E. store list att as per Appx A & B. 1.1 Earth Work excavation. Surface excavation exec 15 cm and not exec 30 cm for PD shall be made in an area of 3 Mtr x 3 mtr. 1.2 Dry Lean Concrete. PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick for sub base platform for PD. 1.3 Flooring. 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg with water proofing compound (WPC) over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 u Total Quantity : 5
