Refilling shall be done in layers of not more than 300mm. 48 All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km. 49 Construction of granular sub-bass by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 50 for Grading-I material 51 Cleaning the surrounding area of various building at all levels by removing the vegetation growth, including clearing choked rainwater downtake pipes, periodically as and when required including necessary ladders and scaffolding arrangements, Conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins with a lead up to 1.0 Km etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 52 Plinth protection, and drain around the buildings upon removal of preacst covers and placing the same. 53 Labour charges for inspection of steel door hinges, closers, locks, panic devices, and strikes for secure mounting and proper operation and also door closer speed and latching function. Ensure thresholds, seals, and weather-stripping are intact and functioning. Lubricate hinges, pivots, locks, and other moving parts using light machine oil or graphite lubricant. Adjust hinges and hardware to correct door sag or misalignment. Ensure proper latching and sealing without excessive force and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. 54 Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactred from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 55 Providing and laying polished Kota stone for flooring & Skirting of required size as specified colour, free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattem over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, curing, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
