4Servicing to the sliding monkey grills including cleaning the side guides and top L angular sections etc.,withkeroseneoil,providingandapplyingfreshgrease,replacingdamagedpartsetc., wherever necessary etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.(Sliding monkey grills parts like bolts etc. will be supplied at free of cost)
5Supplyingrollingshutterspringsof27.5cm longwirespringgradeno.2for rolling shutters etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
6Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.
7Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
8Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.
