    Tender For Annual Contract For Providing Upkeep, Sanitary And Housekeeping Services At Dsc, Dhenkanal And Ksc, Kapilas; 1 Annual Contract for providing Upkeep, Sanitary and Housekeeping Services at DHENKANAL SCIENCE CENTRE, Near Rajbati, Dist. Dhenkanal PIN – 759 001, Odisha AND KAPILAS SCIENCE PARK, Near Kapilas Zoo, Kapilas, Dist. Dhenkanal PIN – 759 016, Odisha 2 Quote the Monthly Service Charges (these shall include Basic Rate, Administrative and Overhead Charges for Manning of Ticket Counter and providing Security, Watch and Ward Services at RSC, Bhubaneswar as per the departmental estimate given in Annexure-IX) Note : The amount to be quoted by the bidders in Col. 8 (Agencysadministrative & overhead charges) should not be less than minimum 3.85% of the Chargres of Deployment i.e. rounded off to Rs. 4977.71 to be quoted and not in percentage. Bids with service charges below 3.85% of the Departmental Estimate shall be considered to be unworkable and shall be rejected. GST shall not be applicable to the quoted Agencys Service Charges, as it is already included in the % of service charge. Hence, bidders are advised not to charge or calculate any GST portion on the Agencys Service Charges.
