    Adarsh Anganwadi Center Repairing Work In Gram Panchayat Ghorawar; Breaking the roof of the RCC roof and collecting the broken material on the ground floor. Plastering and supplying 20/25 mm thick cement 1:6 plaster directly on the kharja or on the RCC roof, including curing. 25 mm thickness Providing and laying 20 to 25 mm sized glazed tiles for roof treatment, having color and shade approved by the Engineer in charge, over a 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar mix 1:4 with application of cement slurry, including finishing of joints with ordinary cement and curing, etc., complete in all respects. Washing with acid. 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, consisting of 1 cement, 2 gravel, 4 stones, mixed with 12 m of nominal aggregate, including pouring, tamping, compacting, curing, etc. Breaking the cement concrete floor and throwing the broken material up to a distance of 50 meters. Supply of white glazed china clay tiles and plastering with cement slurry and applying white cement in pairs (the cost of plaster is not included). Certified tiles size 60 x 60 cm (P) Sizes 901 to 2300 sq. cm Polished Kota stone flooring over 20 mm thick cement gravel mortar, laying and smoothing of skirting boards (minimum 3 times and filling joints with cement blocks), etc. More than 2300 sq. cm Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of the required shade as per approved color, complete as per manufacturers specifications, including primer coat and protecting coat, including scaffolding and safety provisions. Roller Finish (Av, thickness 400 to 500 microns) Applying enamel paint in 3 layers to give an even shade. Creating an even surface on new/old work. On old work.
