    Tender For Renovation Of Rpd (Phase 20 At First Floor Of Icd(Tvd) Building Ecil Hyderabad. Dismantling the existing MS glass/weld mesh partitions, doors, windows etc., by gas cutting/welding including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 1.0KM lead etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. For door/ window/ clerestory window Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up-to floor V level Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry.
