Tender For Construction Of Protective Shed For 750 Kva Transformer At Sector–E, Near Director Bungalow Of Bvfcl Township.; 1 Electrical work 2 Earth work in excavationby mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50M in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50M and lift upto 1.50m and disposedearth to be levelled and neatly dressed : (a) All kind of soil 3 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m 4 Providing & laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering - all work upto plinth level CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 river sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for:(b) Columns, piers, abutments, posts and struts 6 Reinforcement for RCC work includingbending, binding and placing in position complete 7 Providing and fixing 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating corrugated CGI sheets confirming to IS-277-1969 @ 5.70 Kg/Sqm with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm / Sqm in roofing & side cladding fix with galvanized iron J or l hooks or bolts & nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen & GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses. 8 Labour rate for Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 9 Supplying and laying 25mm x 5 mm GI Strip at 0.5 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/termination with GI nut, bolt, spring washer etc as required.
