Tender For Periodical Services To Certain Buildings In Md And Otm Accommodation Under Ge(S) Bathinda At Bathinda Mil Station.; 1 Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from internal and external surfaces of walls/soffits / chajjas/parapet walls /ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick with using ready mix cement plaster material on external surface of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls/soffits chajjas/parapet walls etc. finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Material and labour for plastering 10-12mm thick wih using ready mix cement plaster material on internal surface of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for plastering 5mm thick with using ready mix cement plaster material on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smoothcomplete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description (any layer) from external/internal wall/ceiling surfaces, soffits/chajja/roof projection surfaces etc., by scraping steel patti or Mechanical sander/grinder machine having suction vaccum Bag (Smart periodical methodology), complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces, surface after complete removal, applying acrylic putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceiling/soffits etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using readymade putty, including sanding with wall sander after filling the putty in first coat/second coat to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Weather Coat Glow of Berger / Apex Weatherproof of Asian / Weather Shield Protect of Nerolac Brand and Make of interior primer: - Seal O Primer of Berger / Smart Care Primero of Asian / Excel Alkali Prime of Nerolac 15 Material and Labour for preparing new plastered or old surface after complete removal of walls surfaces and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use, white wash applying by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.Note ;- Complete removal where required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. 16 Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered or old surface after complete removal of ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use, white wash applying by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from steel and iron surfaces of any type/description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth by using regmar paper suitable for iron and cleaning the dust and removing all loose particles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any type/description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths and dry paint brush and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour as per existing with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour as per existing with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
