    Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Of Alterg Anti-Gravity Treadmill (Model M320) At Sai Ns Nis, Patiala; The work involves the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill (Model M320) installed in the Department of Exercise Physiology, SAI NS NIS, Patiala, for one year. The scope includes two preventive maintenance visits annually, unlimited breakdown calls, calibration, firmware updates, and diagnostics as per OEM standards. Only genuine OEM parts and consumables shall be used, billed separately as required. The service provider must ensure a minimum 95% uptime, with response within 48 hours and on-site attendance within two working days of any complaint.The rates must be including all taxes and charges.
