    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Na; Multibrand; Yes; Buyer Premises 1. General Repair & Structural Integrity • Inspect each chair for loose joints, broken components, and structural weaknesses. • Re-glue and clamp all loose joints (e.g., chair legs, backrests, stretchers) using appropriate wood glue. • Repair or replace broken dowels, screws, or other fasteners. • Reinforce weak points as necessary to ensure the chair is structurally sound and safe for use. 2. Upholstery Repair & Replacement • Inspect upholstery for tears, rips, stains, or excessive wear. • (Repair): Patch minor tears and re-sew seams as required. • (Replacement): Remove existing upholstery, foam, and webbing. Install new high-density foam and webbing. Upholster with new fabric selected by the Client • Re-staple or re-tack upholstery securely to the chair frame. • Replace damaged or missing buttons, tacks, or decorative trim. 3. Surface & Finish Restoration • Inspect wood and metal surfaces for scratches, dents, chips, and finish wear. • (Touch-Up): Sand and touch up minor surface blemishes to match the existing finish. • (Refinishing): Strip the old finish from the chair frame. Sand the wood smooth and apply a new stain and protective topcoat (e.g., lacquer, polyurethane, or oil finish) as specified by the Client. • Clean and polish any metal components (e.g., casters, decorative trim). 4. Hardware & Component Replacement • Replace damaged or missing casters, glides, or other hardware. • Ensure all moving parts (e.g., swivel mechanisms, tilt functions) are in good working order
