    Spares For Flame Scanner Of Units - 9 And 10; 100106742 POWER SUPPLY CARD for Flame processor cards a. Input supply - 230V AC. b. Stepped down by Transformer with Rectified and regulated by linear power Supply circuit. c. Output of power supply module shall be i) +15VDC, 0.75 Amps maximum ii)-15V DC,0.25 Amps maximum iii)+5.0V DC,1.5Amps maximum All DC output must have over voltage±5% and short circuit protections d. Power supply module must be suitable for 19” rack and should be mounted in power supply motherboard of existing BHEL make system. e. Front facia of power supply module should have Four status LEDs to indicate AC power ON,-15V DC On,+15VDC ON, and 5V DC On f. Residual ripple< 10 mV (peak to peak) NO 04 2 100106745 MOTHER BOARD for Flame processor cards a. TB of WAGO make suitable for 1.5SQ.MM CABLE. b. PCB should have 32 pin connector to mount the flame processor modules(4 no’s) and 2/4 output module(1 no). c. PCB Size must fit for 19” rack, Size-270X205mm and must be suitable for existing BHEL make system. d. PICO Fuse with rating of 0.062 for flame scanner head card supply. e. metal oxide varistor. f. Should Have 5Pin Stick connector for power supply of PCB. NO 04
