    Bids Are Invited For Annual Maintenance service - EPABX System Comprehensive Maintenance under this Agreement mean 1. Preventive Maintenance (Quarterly) This includes checking and cleaning and replacement of different type Cards and Assy of 04 x Replacement of Existing Exchs with 200L (Expandable and Wired upto 300L) CLI Enabled EPABXs with config, Basic Systems incl No of extension 208. No of junctions 24. No of expandable port: 984, Operator console. 01, Compatible ISDN and Networking (Karel DS 200), IP Phone with display, Call Billing Software, FCBC Current rating 50A. Voltage Rating: 48V (FCBC), ISDN Interface Card (PRI), 4-Port Voice Mail Card for 4 hour recording, E-1 Card. Hot Stby Card for CPU R2 MFC card Hot Stby Card for PSU, Extra Operator Console, Digital Phone with 2 line display (32 Characters) 8 Programmable Keys, Line Card to extend the number of lines 16 Junction card to extend the No of Junction by 8, Digital line card 16 Ines E & M card 8 Port. IP Gateway Card for 24 Channels, at Tangtse, Kairi, Biamah and Drass. 2. On Call Corrective & Remedial Maintenance This includes services of EPABX System 04 x Replacement of Existing Exchs with 200L (Expandable and Wired upto 300L) CLI Enabled EPABXs subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. A call register shall be maintained in Signal unit at Tangtse, Kairi, Biamah and Drass on which Resident Engineer will endorse his remarks on daily basis
