Tender For Refurbishment Work For Opd Ot Block And Ipd Block In Respect Of Esic Hospital, Andheri, Mumbai Pin 400093; repair, refurbishment, servicing, upgradation, replacement testing & commissioning of the existing facilities of the OPD, IPD and OT block but not limited to the following: 1. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Services:- Refurbishment, repair, and replacement of MEP services, including HVAC, water supply, drainage, and internal utilities. Testing, balancing, and commissioning of all MEP systems to ensure efficient functionality as per applicable standards. 2. Electrical Works:- Repair/replacement of existing electrical panels, cabling, wiring, distribution boards, fixtures and other accessories. Ensuring compliance with latest electrical safety codes along with amendments. Testing & commissioning of the entire electrical network, including backup power supply and earthing system. 3. Lift System:- Overhauling/refurbishment/replacement of the existing lift system, including mechanical and electrical components. Functional testing, safety certification, and commissioning for smooth and safe operation. 4. Firefighting & Fire Alarm/Public Address System:- Refurbishment, rectification & replacement of fire hydrant, sprinkler, detection, alarm & announcement systems. Testing & commissioning in accordance with NBC and statutory fire safety requirements. 5. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP):- Refurbishment, repair, and replacement of STP components including pumps, aeration system, tanks, pipelines & etc. Testing, trial runs, and commissioning for efficient and compliant operation. 6. CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department):- Refurbishment, replacement of sterilization equipment, steam generators, pipelines, and accessories. Testing, validation, and commissioning of CSSD equipment as per healthcare standards. 7. Nurse Calling System:- Installation/refurbishment of nurse call points, control panels, and annunciation systems. Testing & commissioning to ensure reliable communication between patients and nursing staff. 8. Laundry Facilities:- Refurbishment, replacement of laundry equipment including washers, dryers, hydro-extractors, ironing, and pressing units. Testing & commissioning for continuous and efficient functioning. 9. Diesel Generator (DG) Set:- Overhauling/refurbishment of existing DG sets, including alternator, engine, AMF or Synchronization panel, cooling system and fuel system. Load testing & commissioning for reliable standby power supply. 10. Industrial Kitchen Equipment:- Refurbishment and testing of industrial kitchen equipment including ovens, burners, exhaust systems, dishwashing units and cold storage facilities. Commissioning to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. 11. Civil Works Repair and rectification of structural and non- structural components including flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, and allied works. Minor renovations as required to restore the operational condition of OPD, IPD, and OT Blocks. 12. Testing & Commissioning:- Comprehensive testing, trial runs, and commissioning of all refurbished systems (MEP, Electrical, Lift, Firefighting, STP, CSSD, Nurse Calling, Laundry, DG Set, Kitchen Equipment, etc.). Preparation and submission of test reports, compliance certificates, and handing over of systems in fully operational condition. All works shall be executed in accordance with IS codes, NBC guidelines, CPWD specifications, and other applicable statutory norms, ensuring minimum disruption to hospital operations.
