The LED Luminaire & its driver both should be BIS registered. contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, with 5 year OEM warranty, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver and making electrical connection using 1.5sqmm, 3 core multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and over all PVC sheathed cable form light fitting complete all as specified and directed 80 M&L forGI bracket made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with two sets clamps, with nuts and bolts, bend to shape all as directed, length of GI Pipe shall not be less than 2.0 metre for fixing of light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. 81 M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm burieddirectly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etcRCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate)including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion, taking out old earthing all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 82 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel striparmoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core including taking out old UG cable complete. 83 Excavation in trench in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr width and n. exc 1.5 mtr indepth and getting out for taking up or laying water pipe line for soft / loose soil. 84 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil. 85 Removing excavating material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at alevel not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point. 86 Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured. 87 M&L for sub-class B bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge 88 Supply and fixing/laying HDPE pipe 63 mm dia of grade PE 80, nominal pressure rating PN 4, SDR 26 including with necessary fittings, fixtures and clamps laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain oralong electric pole or floor/wall etcfor protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge 89 M&L for Boring of holes under road / Cutting of roads for passing cable includingmake good damaged surface with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate)/black bitumin carpet complete all as specified and directed. 90 Supply and Fixing of digital Timer switch, programmable type, 160-240 V AC, 50 Hz, 16 A capacity, with 01 No. MCB SPN 16A to control Building Security Lightincludingenclosure of PVC Junction box of size not less than 130x130x70 mm with knockout for wiring conduit input and output & fixing arrangment over wall with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
