Polyester based powder coated internally and externally with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated.ii) The doors are gasket with EPDM gaskets. The joint will however not to beprovided at the same points of maximum (ii). The wheel & hook should be coated with non-ferrous metal to avoid metal to metal contact. (iii). Required speed are as below:a) Host: Main speed 3m/min, Creep speed 1m/min. b) Cross travel: Main speed 10m/min, Creep speed 2m/min.c) Longitudinal travel: Main speed 10m/min, Creep speed 2m/min.(iv). Contractor/Manufacturer shall be provided dummy load for crane with the crane, the load shall be of SWL +25% overloads.(v). For load testing of cranes, load shall be arranged by contractor and shall be done as per prevailing IS. (vi) Rate of rail section deemed to be included in the quoted rates of crane.(vii). The cranes shall be inspected and certified by reputed firm at the premises of manufacturers/after installation at site.
