| 4 | Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The contractor should take over the AC sheets on buy back policy). |
| 5 | Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3.00m x1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
| 6 | Providing anchorage arrangements to the ridge sheet using M.S Flat of Size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like MS Flat, self threaded screws with bushes and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., complete complying with Standard Specifications. |
| 7 | Removing the existing canopy Roof trussess and altering the required needs with existing angles as per the instructions of Departmental Engineers and re-erection as per the directions of Dept. | 11 | Painting two coats of New plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
| 12 | Painting old iron works two coats such as steel doors, windows, steel grills, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors, etc., including removing old paint from iron surface with sand paper, complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) |
| 13 | Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing of old paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work. |
| 14 | Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 160mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of neceSORy PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of “U” clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers |
| 15 | Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar bed in 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick ncluding mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used and pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) |
| 16 | Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
