Tender For Up-Gradation Of Hutments At Rsgc, Srinagar. - Removing of paint / polish from old wood work/ walls by way of scraping, sand papering and making surface smooth and making necessary rapairs to the surface smooth complete. 2 Providing and applying of two or more coats of ready mix polish (Touch Wood ) of Standard Quality over a coat of fevicol mixed with water on old wood work. 3 Paint with Syn. Enamel paint of approved brand and manifacture of desired sheet / Colour two or more coats to give even shade on old wood work. 4 Earth Work excavation in all types of soil Gud/ soft for post holes . 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curring but extract C/O cementering and shuttering in 1:2:4 mix 6 Providing, fixing and hosting of hallow section steel work built up in sections , frames work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and apply two or more coats of sy,. Enamel paint over a coat of steel primer of approved brand and manufacture of desired shade. 7 Dismantlign of tiles in floor / walls in cement concrete of any mix including staking and disposal the same upto 100 mtr. lead. 8 Providing and laying of vertified tiles in floor with diffferenetn sizes thickness to be specified by the manufacturer with watetr absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to 15:15622 of approved brand and manifacture in all colours and shades including c/o grouting of joints with grey pigment mixed with white cement to match the colour of the tiles. 9 Providing and fixing of Khatam bandh ceiling of 1st class budloo of the same existing pattern including providing of wooden frame and 8mm ply over the new wooden frame, the c/o the dismantling of existing khatam bandh and base structure / base in also included. Out of the dismantled khatamband 30% of the material is to be reused including cost of ready mix polish (Touch wood) to give the even shade over a coat of fevicol mix with water. 10 Providing and applying of wall putty of plastered wall surface including one or more two coats of primer after applying of sand papering on walls to make wall surface smooth. 11 Providing and applying of two more coats of Apex interior emulsion to give even shade of approved brand and manufacture of desired colour/ shade. 12 Fixing of old khatam bandh pieces on ceiling of the same pattern incluidng cost of nails, screw adhere etc. complete incluidng the cost of base frame work and 8mm play woood and two ore more coats of ready mix polish. 13 Providing fixing and hoisting of wooden joints in pattern of broadway panelling including cost of planning primery sand papering and painting of 1st class budloo wood / Fur wood / KD Wood. 14 Providing and fixing of various hand wave items of standard quality.:i) Hinges 4 15 Providing and fixing of various hand wave items of standard quality.:ii) Handle 6 Brass antique of standard quantity 16 Providing and fixing of various hand wave items of standard quality.:Aldrop 12 Brass antique of Standard Quality 17 Providing and fixing of 12 mm pergo wooden flooring of superior quality including the cost of base material in terms o fwooden joints / flaks and dismantalling of old wooden flooring and disposal of the same. 18 Providing and fixing of 19mm kit ply board for fixed sofa including joista and frame work and dismantlling of the old damaged portion complete. 19 Making of closet of Standard Size and depth out of 19mm HDMMR Board of Standard Quality the used in partitions, shalves and drawers and out frames including all standard accessories and fixtures duly spray deco paint two coats inside / outisde over the finished surface over a coat of standard wood primer, the shutters are to be provide in 1st class decodar wood duty spray polished as directed by E.I.C.
