Tender For Provision Of Tensile Fabric Shed Y Junction To Academic Block; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 All kinds of soil 3 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 4 Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or 7 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete 8 Hot finished seamless type tubes 9 Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture, over and including a priming of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work 10 100 mm diameter pipes 11 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required 12 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 13 Providing , fabricating ,assembling, &erection of pre stressed tensile membrane fabric structure in gazibo shed as per approved drawing of make with mehler texnologies valmex type 111 or serge ferrari T*30 Type 111 fabries or equivalent having a minimum weight of 900 GSM having a minimum weight of 900 GSM having weldable PVDF lacqure on both side , colour of the fabric should be white . conditional warranty of 10 year on the fabric , over steel frame with all fitting and fixture such as galvanised MS stands / cables with stainless steel end teminal complete as per drawing detail & as per tecnical specification & as per instrction of Engineering in charge Rate include cost of fabric , shop drawing patterining forming cutting , fabrication hot weld stich of fabric transport to the site,Assembling flat ETDM GASKET and repuired accesorices where ever required complete up to all height tool & necessary scaffolding etc required for alloperation in all respect as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 14 Consultancy services for Architectural ,Structural soil testing etc.
