In case of MSME it is 45 days after receipt & acceptance of material and on submission of MSME certificate. 2 Delivery Term : For BEML, KGF 3 Validity: 60 days from the date of closing of tender. 4 Delivery within 15 days from the date of Release of PO 5 Risk purchase Clause is Applicable 6 Liquidated Damages for the delay, unless covered under Force Majeure conditions aforesaid, @ 0.5% of the contract value of delayed quantity per week or part of the week of delayed period as pre-estimated damages not exceeding 10% of the contract value of delayed quantity without any controversy/dispute of any sort whatsoever 7 Firm should give compliance to all the above points and upload the document without fail.
