40 Sq cm and over in section framed work of any description. 3 Dismantling wooden framed trusses of span n.exc 10m. 4 Demolition of stone masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100mtr complete all as specifieda and directed. 5 Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails including GI frame work complete all as specified and directed. 6 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame n.exc 1.5 Sqm each incl cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, wall for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) complete all as specified and directed. 8 Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each incl cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, wall for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) complete all as specified and directed. 9 Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. 10 Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. 11 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr as specified. 12 M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span as in lintel band complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc as specified and directed. 14 M&L for steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape and tying with annealed MS wire 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 15 All as per item No 14 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia as in binders, stirrups, spacer all as specified and directed. 16 S&F for structural steel works of Fe 410W (Gde E 250) quality A, as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel) or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including painting one shop coat of zinc chromate/red oxide primer paint (including preparation of surface) before fabrication complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F plates Fe-410-W (Gde-E 250) quality B (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 22.5cm and n.exc 30cm long, Diameter of neck 16mm to 20mm complete all as specified and directed. 19 Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 20 Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified directed. 21 M&L walling of polygonal rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 22 All as per Ser No 21 here-in-before but except stones. 23 S&F pressed steel frames for door (Factory made) out of 1.25mm thick black MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 105x60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 02 Nos 25x25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10cm on either side and back fill to chowkats with PCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.Note : PCC 1:3:6 type C-O as in backfill will be paid separately. 24 S&F pressed steel frames for door (Factory made) out of 1.25mm thick black MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 125x60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 02 Nos 25x25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10cm on either type C-O as in backfill will be paid separately. 25 M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-O using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in backfill of pressed steel door frames complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 26 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded aggregate) as in blocks for hold fasts, benching, coping apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles, over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding directed.Note : Design, shape and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 29 M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over and including cement screed base 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, including cutting as required, rubbing and polishing to granite finish over complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for machine cut kota stone slab (single piece) 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar liad over and including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting as required, rubbing and polishing to granite finish complete all as specified and directed. 31 S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) of factory made with lock rail and panel of 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces including wooden beads on both sides, one coat of pink primer.The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated. 32 S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire gauge etc without sash bar but with lock rail edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/wire mesh etc sizes of member as per clause 8.20(a) of SSR Part-I for door shutter complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed. 34 S&F aluminium handle cast type, anodised size 150mm long. 35 S&F aluminium anodised
