| 1 | M&L for disconnecting defective transformer 33 KV/11 KV of capacity 3150 KVA from foundation andtransportation the transformer for repair to authorized workshop/ factory, dismantling the transformer for repair and reassembling the same after repairs checking with phase to phase, phase to neutral with body & neutral earthingforproper result and connecting all connectionsproperly with checking of oil level, silica gel, air release plug, gate valve, drain valve, bushing terminal, tapping changer etcand replacement of unserviceable parts, denting, welding, etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface, marking of MES No. with white paint of suitable size and transportation from workshop/ factory to site and re-installed on platform commissioning and testing of transformer upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Quoted rate will be inclusive of labour for rewinding of complete transformer.(ii) Spare parts / transformer oil / copper for rewinding will be measured and paid separately. |
