Tender For Periodical Services To Various Md Accommodation At North Of Rly Line Under Ge Missamari.; 1 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Preparation old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Complete removal of existing old treatment as in wall and applying one coat of primer andtwo coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&Lfor preparation of old decorated plastered wall surfaceapplying Onecoat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & Lcomplete removal of existing treatment surface of walls and preparationofwall and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali reseistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material & Labour for preparation of old wall surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm over old surface complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material & Labour for preparation of old wall surface applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of old painted wall surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width and applying one coat plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of old paintedwooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applyingone coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L preparation of old painted iron/steel surfaceover 10cm in with or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel roof paint complete all as specified and directed. 12 Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1 : 3), 5mm thick as in ceilingfinished even & Smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and apply three coats of white washcomplete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L Rendering, 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, plaster mixed with approved liquid Water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement complete.including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately). 16 M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply only for water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper including one coat ofchalk whiting on plastered surface to prepara-tory to distempering complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L forpreparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L applying a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over plaster surface to prepare the surface even and smooth as per manufacture instruction complete complete all as specified and as directed.
