| 1 | Material and labour for disconnecting electric supply earth & neutral connection and removing the cable & servicing of HT 11KV VCB/OCB of current rating upto 800A of any make and type and carry out the following work:-(a) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all contacts, lever using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, etc. (b) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching mechanism, de-moisturising of all parts. (c) Checking of all operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, tightening of all connections, replacing the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers. engage the isolator with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning.(d) Heating/drying testing of insulators for desired IR value.(e) Checking ofinternal wiring circuit, including providing insulation by necessary tapping, tightening of all connections,measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism associated with the tank or pole should be made including removing moisture deposit. |
| 2 | Notes:- (i) The cost of replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt with double washers, replacement of complete shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. | 16 | Material and labour for taking out transformer from its position for repair and servicing /rewinding of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV and including disconnecting electric supply earth & neutral connection and removing the cable / conductor from both LT & HT side & transport to workshop for service / repairs by dismantling the top portion of the transformer draining the transformer oil , dismantling & removing the HT & LT bushes , lifting the HV & LV winding with the help of crane , cleaning the deposited sherrly / mud at bottom of the tank, removing the unserviceable silica gel etc complete & reassemble the transformer with all existing serviceable parts and new parts as ordered, refilling of dehydraded transformer oil, topping up if required& install in its original postion / location after service / repair & connecting the HT, LT, Earth and neutral connection including testing and commissioning. Note:- 1. The rates are to be included the following:-(a) To and fro transportation charges from the support/location to work shop.(b) Crane, tools, plants and manpower are included in the above quoted rates.(c)Keeping the HV & LV winding with crane in electric oven for 72 Hrs to improve the insulation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(d) Testing of BDV value of the transformer oil is to be included in the quoted rates.(e) All minor spare parts, nuts, bolts and washer shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.2. The required spare parts HV/LV winding, transformer oil etc shall be meassured and paid separately under the relevant item.3. Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil and new oil required for topping up of transfarmer will be measured and paid separately. |
